7/11/2025. Electrician KEVIN, was very professional. He explained the entire process of the generator interlock system for the house. After the interlock installation, He showed me the step by step method of hooking up the generator to the electric panel of the house. We marked each circuit breaker I can run with the portable generator. It was more than I imagined. I can have piece of mind knowing I will have power during a hurricane. Thanks KEVIN and thanks Charter Electric.

Arrived on time on Thursday pm.Diagnosis fast and efficient on very confusing and old electric circut. Plotted out a plan to fix my problem on Saturday.
