Got told my appointment was noon by Scott. At one o’clock I said thank you for standing me up. They then said they had a window of a few hours. Would have been nice to know that. My time is valuable too. Very unprofessional.

I called on Monday to schedule an appointment and was able to get one for Tuesday between 3:00 and 5:00 PM. However, the technician texted me at 2:20 PM stating that he would not be able to come for my service appointment and asked if I could reschedule for tomorrow. I replied that I could not, as I had already taken off work for the Tuesday appointment. I then called Angel, who made my appointment. She advised me to text the service manager, Scott. I have texted him but have not received a reply yet.

I called the owner to complain about some work they did for me expecting him to honor the warranty and correct the issue I was having, instead I talked to a rude narcissist who tried to blame me for my problems!!…Paid big money too!!….I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to allow them to do work!!…Highly unprofessional!!!
