We had installed an Easystart on our Cruisair boat AC but we wired it up all wrong. Wayne Wright spent a lot of time walking us through what we did wrong and showing us the right way to install it. He was AWESOME and answered immediately every time we contacted him. I have never seen such amazing customer service from a company! I would give him 10 stars if GOOGLE had it!! This company is the best!!

Wright Marine was amazingly responsive, very competitively priced and paired me with an expert installer that was able to get a very difficult installation done in two days on my boat.

As you know with boats repairs can be difficult and there are not many vendors that get it done right the first time, Wright Marine got it right the first time, I couldn’t be happier.

Great company sent them pictures of the two boards that I needed and they sent me to links to the replacement parts on their website. I placed the order and it was shipped the same day. Would absolutely use them again but hopefully I won't need to

In June 2020 we bought a retrofit kit for our Marine Air AC system after it stopped working. That was shipped quickly and was ready for me to install by the next weekend. Easy to install, worked just fine.

In May 2022 we couldn't get this AC unit to power on. The warranty was just about to run up, but they responded to me quickly and we tried out a few parts before we found the faulty part. I didn't have to pay for anything extra, including shipping of the parts.

We have no local marine parts suppliers, but Wright Marine made it easy to get the parts and fix this ourselves. If the other AC goes out, I'll buy here again.

Doing business with Wayne Wright for the first time. Great customer service he’s a professional. He helped me replace my AC unit. Went above and beyond in giving me advice as A do it yourselfer.
