HVAC reviews in Apollo Beach, Florida

Alvaro and his company are the best for AC installation. He set us up with a great rate, and the system has been flawless.

We recently moved to Florida and bought a home in Apollo Beach. We bought a fixer upper. Alvaro was hired to test and evaluate our ac/ heat system on a reccomendation from my sister and brother in law. Are we glad we used Alvaro. He pointed out that we had a builder grade cut the corners ventilation system that builders installed to save money. He explained how a proper system ventilated the house and ours was a mess. After having him evaluate and estimate the repairs we gave him the job. The system in the house now ventilates correctly and is an amazing difference in not only the temperature in the house but how the system works. It distributes the air far more evenly and lowered our energy bill because the system is not working so hard to keep up. Alvaro is one of the most knowledgeable, friendly , and professional AC technicians I have ever used. No one will ever work on a/c /heating again but Alvaro. I highly recommend his and his company.

Our upstairs AC unit completely turned off. I called Air Prime and they were there the next morning and were able to fix our unit and also provide very important details on how to prevent this problem from happening again. The tech was very thorough and friendly! I could not have had a better experience with them!

Professional, timely and affordable! Our new go-to for HVAC service

I am so impressed with Air Prime Solutions. I personally cant say enough about the character of Alvero. My blower motor went out while I was out of town. My wife and son were in the house. I called Alvero and he quickly assessed the problem ordered the parts and repaired the AC in 24 hrs. Honest, fast, quality service - all around exceptional. I very rarely write reviews but I couldn’t wait to write this one. Thank you!

Call this company! You won’t be disappointed! Alvaro came out quickly on a Sunday to check my heating system. He was friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything to me. When he left my heat was working! I will be recommending him and will call again in the future when I need heating and cooling work.

OUTSTANDING Company!!
I needed a new A/C system in my Condo in Kings Point Sun City Center, I tried to get multiple quotes from local contractors, some big, some small. This was not an easy task, most companies simply never showed up or gave me an inflated quote over the phone. Alvaro from Prime Air Solutions came to the Condo, looked over the entire project and provided an accurate quote that was exactly what was needed to replace my very old system with a quality Trane Runtru 16 SEER A/C unit at a spot on price point. He listened to my needs and exceeded my expectations! Alvaro was prompt and very respectful to my tenant when performing his thorough inspection of the old system and throughout the installation of the new system. The installation was performed on a VERY hot Florida day, it was brutally hot in the attic. Alvaro and another Tech did an absolute amazing job!!! Quality workmanship every step of the way! The install was performed with pride and done right. If you want an "Old School" hard working A/C contractor, then Air Prime Solutions is the company that you need to hire!! He will be my A/C contractor for all my properties from now on. Five+ Stars!!!

Air prime solutions has saved my family multiple times from sleeping in a hot house with a broken AC. They were kind and professional and took the time to break it down for myself and my husband so we understood the situation exactly. Loved the honesty, customer service, and quick response from air prime! Will definitely use them if needed and will continue to recommend air prime solutions to family and friends.

Air Prime is very reliable, very honest. We lost AC and Alvaro walked me through exactly what went wrong and told me all of the options. I’m very pleased with the system, and they price. It’s been very comfortable in our house and I can control the thermostat from my phone!

Jaidy was able to troubleshoot the electrical problems, ordered the parts and got me up and running again. Good work and very courteous. The owner is amazing and provided hands on help to do all they could to save my old unit. Thank you so much!!!!

I don’t even know where to start here. The first time we called Air Prime we lived at a different house. Alvaro came out, fixed our heater without charging us. About 6 months later my wife and bought a different house that had an older AC. I had my usual AC guy come out and he replaced a couple parts and got it running. The problem was it wouldn’t cool past 78 during the day and ran constantly. So, my wife called Alvaro. He came out and shot me straight about the condition of the condenser, and more importantly, the whole system, including the duct work. He advised me of the best approach to get the house comfortable during the hot summer days. His assessment was thorough and he asked me the right questions about what I wanted; he wasn’t just trying to figure out how to give me the cheapest solution, he asked what I wanted to accomplish. I wanted a solution so we didn’t have to worry about our house being hot or our AC failing. His solution was to install a new unit and fix the ductwork. His price was fair so we decided to complete everything he recommended. We needed to leave the house for a couple days because they had to replace the duct work and AC. During the install while we were away, our plumbing backed up. Alvaro called us immediately! He even had his guys clean up the entire mess and wait for the plumber. When it came time to pay my bill he didn’t charge extra and just said he was happy to help. You don’t run across people like him and his crew very often. These guys were the epitome of excellence. I highly recommend this company.
The entire process was handled quickly, professionally and most importantly with complete integrity.

Air Prime Solutions under the owner Alvaro’s direction will give you a level of professionalism that you have not seen in a Very Very long time! He is about giving you the appropriate price for the work that you need done, not what someone thinks you can afford.

Alvaro, is about doing his due diligence, then explaining to you your options and reviewing the costs with you with no hidden agenda.

So if you want someone you can trust, looking for a company that stands behind there work and will give 110% customer satisfaction, then call Alvaro at Air Prime Solutions.

Absolutely 100% recommend this company. Jaidy - our technician was on time, professional, and cleaned up after himself. The pricing was well below what other companies quoted. If you want to work with a locally owned company, that cares about customer service and quality work at a reasonable price, this is the company to call. I will only use them for our air conditioning needs in the future.

Very pleased with this company and their professionalism!! Alvaro came out and serviced our A/C unit within hours of our call the same day! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We will most definitely be giving them a call again when needed and would highly recommend!

As I’m sure many people can relate, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to find service providers of this type who are trustworthy and operate with integrity.

After getting 3 different quotes for our AC unit, Air Prime Solutions was the only one who gave us an honest evaluation and it was evident they had my top interest at hand. I never got any sense that I was being lied to or any attempts to upsell.

Alvaro had a genuine desire to get us the best solution for our problem, our wallet and peace of mind.

From now on I won’t work with any other AC company.

Air Prime Solutions is fantastic!! Last Wednesday, their expert crew replaced our original a/c unit and painstakingly drained the clogged overflow line. Amazingly, they were done by 2:30 p.m. The crew was friendly, neat, answered all questions, and knew their stuff. Owner Alvaro was on site, arrived on time, and always, always, answers his phone, night or day.
Their prices are unbelievable, not even close to anyone else.
It's refreshing to deal with a small, individually owned company.
Alvaro demonstrates pride in his business, dedicated to his clients. Alvaro took the time to program the sophisticated thermostat, not leaving until we were completely satisfied with the new system.
We plan to use Air Prime Solutions for maintenance.
We couldn't be happier with our new, quiet, highly efficient Trane unit (purchased from Air Prime Solutions) which we set at 79 degrees. It feels cooler than the setting of 74 degrees on the old unit. Plus we'll save on our electric bill.
We highly recommend Air Prime Solutions (813-843-7777). You won't be disappointed.

Recently had my ac replaced. There was an issue due to the manufacturer of the ac unit. Air Prime Solutions spent many hours resolving the issue at no cost to me. Great customer service!

Alvaro was very detailed in explaining our air conditioning problems. The duct work was not working efficiently. He and his crew were professional and worked diligently to replace our duct work and update the HVAC system. I am highly impressed. Our home is now cool in all rooms which was not the case beforehand. We are very thankful for the work done. Might I add, he proved to me that he has integrity. That is a quality that is much undervalued but is everything in my book. I highly recommend Air Prime Solutions.

Update: The service with Air Prime Solutions is the best. In this day and age, it is hard to find a trustworthy company but Alvaro’s company is definitely an exception. They are professional and friendly. They arrive on time and the price they quote is the price you pay. I won’t call any other company again.

Great service. Efficient. Got our air back up and running quickly and affordably without overselling.

7/24 Update - We had an issue with a faulty capacitor. Air Prime came out and stood behind their work & equipment and got us back up and running, all under warranty. Honest company and amazing service! Thanks again.

Alvaro and his team are amazing.
Jaidy did a fantastic job and was super honest about the entire process. They saved my AC from really bad work from a previous installer.
Super grateful they came to the rescue.

Air Prime is top notch! They are so good I have referred family members to them. Besides installing a new air conditioning unit they have also followed up with the maintenance on it. The pricing and the service are all very good. Alvaro the owner and Sami who is in the office have been most helpful. Jaidy who recently came out to do the maintenance was very thorough and informative.
