The technician who came out was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing in detail. It made me feel confident in the work being done. Great service all around — I will use them again!

Derrel not only does an excellent job maintaining the AC system but he ensures that my understanding of the system is accurate. He also provides a clear picture of what part is in what state and what can be reasonably expected without making any guarentees.

I’ve dealt with multiple HVAC companies in the area, and Max Cool is by far the best. They have been professional, courteous, and honest with every service visit. They diagnosed and fixed our issues within a reasonable amount of time. Their technicians take the time to discuss the issues and describe how they’re going to fix it. I appreciate Alejandro and his EXCELLENT service! He took great care in detailing everything he was doing in replacing the compressor and servicing my AC overall. He also provided great tips on preventative care. While my non-5 stars is no reflection on Alejandro's service, I can never give a perfect rating because an AC system that I purchased from you only a few years ago keeps having issues. It's frustrating and costly!

A/C Tech did a fantastic job repairing all that was wrong with my A/C unit. Tech was very knowledgeable, polite, respectful of my property and will use them again when needed. I will ask for Alejandro specifically.

Went through AHS as a service call for heat pump not working well at night. Tech shows up on time and is very polite gos to the thermostat checks it for 15 seconds and says the problem is fixed, asked me to take him to the outside unit which runs normal during the day takes a picture. Same thing with the indoor unit sees it running which i advised them that it only has problems at night when temperature deeps below 32. Proceeds to try and sell me a maintenance package without doing anything to fix my problem then leaves. Tonight my house drops to the coldest is been just a straight up scam

It took no less than 5 different companies and 10 or so tries before Max Cool's first visit. The problem was quickly identified, parts ordered and problem resolved.

Quick appointment turnaround. The service technician who arrived was easy to speak to, friendly, and knowledgeable. The diagnostic and repair timeframe was fast. They left the unit/area clean and tidy.

We have used Max Cool for the last 2 or 3 years for our HVAC system. They did a great job installing and maintaining our home unit. They send reminders for routine maintenance, come promptly for service calls, and their technicians are prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Max Cool is MAX GREAT! They help you, not try to sell you a new system. Have had them out twice for our aging unit and Rodney (tech) has been wonderful both times, getting things fixed or corrected to keep our system running. My old AC (2012) was struggling. My insulation was low after Milton blew a tree onto my roof and it wasn't fully replaced after the repair.

Jason, Andrew, Cory, and Lee took care of me and got everything right again. Jason and Andrew came out and inspected everything to see what I needed. Cory and Lee came out, put the new unit in, sealed everything up, moved some ductwork around so my airflow was better, and insulated all of the places that needed it. Their workmanship was top notch.

My house is cool, I'm confident in everything that was done, and I'm a very happy customer.

Hands down the best AC vendor I've ever worked with!! Amazing team. They actually care about the quality of their work. We had a challenge that all other vendors said they couldn't solve due to lack of crawl space but they solved it!! Good communication throughout. Came back until we were happy with the job. Can't say enough good things about this company and the people.

Alejandro Espinales is phenomenal! He was very professional, courteous and an excellent problem solver. He is the epitome of customer service 360. This company has definitely earned my business. I am so happy with my AC repair. It has been an ongoing issue off and on for over 2 years that no one could pin point and just kind of just bandaid the issue. However, Alejandro came along an actually fixed the root cause. THANK YOU so much!

Rodney did an outstanding job replacing our smart thermostats. Extremely knowledgeable and great attention to detail. After installation he ran additional system tests to ensure the devices operated correctly. I highly recommend hiring this company… I know I’ll be a repeat customer.

Maxcool was Honest, excellent, on time, professional, conscientious, clean, and a delight to work with. Great customer service to set up appointment. The tech, Mike Swanger, was very professional and did an outstanding job. Even taught me a few things in how to get more life out my unit. Told me about my unit warranty. Replaced the capacitor in minutes! The really impressive part was that he read the notes before he arrived and had already preplanned his testing and what most likely was the problem. With this saved a lot of time which reduces my cost! Answered my questions on filter changes. MaxCool was the best! I would highly recommend to everyone in the Lakeland area!
