Tom was quick to respond to our phone call & came over the next day. He has done other plumbing for us, and always fixes the problem for a moderate service charge. I highly recommend Apollo Beach Plumbing!

When our new dishwasher arrived, I had my husband find a plumber. Tom was able to get out right away, which was nice. When I saw he had installed the dishwasher too far forward, I spoke to him about it. He said my husband wanted it that way. Upon further discussion, he admitted that the way he installed it was not right, but he does what the client asks for. I have been a kitchen and bath designer in the Tampa area for over 25 years. If a client asks for something not industry standard, you explain it to them and have them sign that they understand there could be issues down the road. Tom did not do that. Tom and I are both located in Apollo Beach, but he said we were too far away to come out a second time even when I offered to pay for the reinstall. As it happens, after running 5 loads the dishwasher wouldn't work. We had Samsung send a technician out. It took him 15 minutes to fix it. The wire nuts were not connected well enough... Hmmmm. Makes you wonder.

The service techs actually called back promptly & showed up on time, which is a fresh change of pace. Once here they got here it was all business. Had our broken water line fixed within an hour and the work looks great. They even took a few extra minutes to reinforce the pipes. The bill was very reasonable about $200 which included parts.

Tom Nitschke showed up within an hour, not only fixed our plumbing problem, but went on to fix every other minor plumbing issue in the house. He knows his stuff, works fast, and is kind and considerate. You can't go wrong with him. Reasonably priced.

The hot pipe on my water heater burst in the middle of the night. Fortunately, I was actually in my garage when it happened and I was able to quickly turn the water off. The next day I began searching plumbers on Google and the common theme was: didn't show up as promised, overpriced, unprofessional, etc. I decided to give Apollo Beach Plumbing a call because it was in my local area and wasn't one of the local companies that does heavy advertising. I know they have to pass those costs on to the customer. I spoke with Tom who is also the owner and he didn't show up as promised. He showed up an hour early. He gave me a quote to repair the pipe that was very fair. My water heater is 13 years old so I already felt like it was on borrowed time. Tom gave a great price to have a new water heater installed. He was done in an hour and I was very pleased with his work. I appreciate his friendliness and professionalism. You tend to get better results when the owner is the actual person coming to your house and doing the work. I would highly recommend Apollo Beach Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Highly recommend. Tom arrived on time as promised to fix a broken outside spigot. Tom completed the repair and went the extra step to patch the stucco where he had to remove it to fix the pipe. Price was very reasonable. Overall, nice guy who did a great job at a fair price.

My wife and I are very impressed with Tom, owner of Apollo Beach Plumbing. Two days ago, Tom was working next door when he answered questions about our leaking outdoor spigot. He agreed to replace the spigot within the hour. We were so impressed with Tom's expertise, knowledge, and availability that we arranged for Tom to replace our water heater the following morning.

I called to get 2 new toilets installed and he was able to come in next day to compete the job. He did an outstanding job and even took care of a slow water pressure in a bathroom faucet. He is an excellent person and professional and offers fair pricing. I will not use anyone else for plumbing needs. I will be having him come back to install water softener and new garbage disposal. I highly recommend him.
