Plumbing reviews in Apollo Beach, Florida

9/8/2025 Zac Morin Installed a new toilet, sink with faucet. The toilet installation required offset flange replacement before the new toilet could be replaced and this was a new experience for me. To the best of my knowledge Zac did a very professional job with a difficult replacement and left the bathroom clean when he was finished.

4/25/2025 Joe and Zac Morin did a great job installing our new water filtration system today. Good scheduling, on time, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Great people to work with, we highly recommend them.

I can’t recommend Paradise Bay Plumbing enough! We had a nightmare situation with our old toilet—looked nasty and even had roots growing around the flange. It was a disaster, but Paradise Bay Plumbing handled it like a true professional.
From the start, they were prompt, courteous, and explained everything clearly. They removed the old mess, addressed the root problem, and installed a brand-new toilet flawlessly. The work was done efficiently, and they left the area spotless when finished.
If you need a skilled, reliable, and professional plumber, look no further! Thanks again for saving the day! 🚽🔧👏

Zac, my Paradise Bay Plumbing technician, did an outstanding job fixing my kitchen sink/ disposal issue. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. The work space was left clean and neat. Paradise Bay Plumbing came highly recommended by a family member and I agree if you have any plumbing needs do not hesitate to call them. I got a good feeling from the beginning at the friendliness of the operator that booked my appointment. Zac just happened to be the same plumber that worked at my sister’s home…small world! Thank you Zac and Paradise Bay Plumbing!

They answered the phone right away, they came out the same day, Zac showed up on time, did a good job clearing the blocked kitchen sink drain and he replaced a vent at no extra charge, he took precautions to keep the floor clean and cleaned up afterwards. They’re a bit pricey though but we’re real happy about the service.

Quick response to our leaking water heater. Tim was very courteous and friendly. Heater was replaced with the brand we had. Would definitely call them again.

Skilled, very friendly, dependable and reasonably priced. Very happy with their service.

Zach was on time, detailed in his assessment and prompt in his written report

Quick service and reasonable price! Highly recommended.

Zac from Paradise Bay Plumbing, Apollo Beach, did a superb job fixing both of my toilets today. Very friendly and professional... and cleaned up before leaving too! Truly appreciate the multiple hours spent to get the job done right. My cat liked him too and she doesn't like everybody. Lol.
Highly recommend Paradise Bay Plumbing!

Contacted for, and work provided, was for a re-pipe for the house due to home insurance requirements.
Everything was done professionally, and completely, and the water system works better than it did with the original pipes.
Provided all services that were requested, gave suggestions on improvements or alterations, and informed me of all portions of the job that were going to require other services.
All cut-outs were squared out and even for after-inspection drywall work.

I always choose Paradise Bay Plumbers. They arrive on time, do professional work. Explaining what repairs need to be done and completing it within my budget. Their entire team, from the time I call for an appointment to the moment the plumber leaves the property is handled with open communication and competency.

Our shower faucet has been leaking. I called Monday AM to see if I could get an appointment. The same day I was given a window of noon till 3pm. Zac arrived and checked it out. He gave us the worst and best case scenario and went to work. Within a half hour he had it fixed in the best case scenario saving us $$$. I was super impressed!

If you're thinking about hiring Paradise Bay Plumbing, just do it! Joe is ah-mazing and went above and beyond for me. He is super reasonable with his pricing and does great work. An honest and all around pleasant guy who knows his stuff!

Nice guy. Very knowledgeable. Figured out our problem in minutes and gave options for the fix. Would hire them again.

Great customer experience here! Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in fixing "the problem" and one additional quesrion answered that made my whole house better.

💯 % outstanding!

Zach was great! very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this family business.

Pretty big job that was taken care of professionally and with courtesy. Price was reasonable and job done quickly and efficiently.

Tim has done two projects for us recently and we are thrilled with the outcomes! Thank you for taking care of our plumbing for our new faucets and the difficult install of our new heavy bathroom vanity.

Paradise plumbing gets 5 stars from us. Shower handle fell off in hubby's hand last night. Zach showed up this morning and was knowledgeable and patient to work on a25 year old Moen valve. It took him some time and patience and extra effort. But he got it done and got us all fixed up. We would highly recommend the crew at Paradise plumbing.

Paradise Plumbing LLC. Professional, prompt and courteous. Got the job done, reasonable rates. Highly recommend them

My garbage disposal started leaking the day before Thanksgiving. I called at 7:30 a.m and they answered and sent Tim out within 2 hours. Disposal replaced in about an hour and a half and Thanksgiving was saved! I highly recommend this company.
