In February he came out to fix a leaky shower. The leak was less but not gone. He said to fix it he would have to go through the wall in my bedroom so I decided to live with the drop. The next day when taking a shower I noticed the knob was not working , it kept turning past the point it should have stopped. I called and he came back and said a part was broken inside. He would get the piece and repair it because he broke it. Had a couple more conversations with him and always was waiting for part. My last text to him in March was never returned. He never came back to fix his mistake and never returned my call. Today I had a different plumber come out and my shower is now fixed. And they did not have to go through my bedroom wall.

This man is the least professional contractor I ever hired or encountered. Be careful! We hired him to build a shower pan and install a shower fixture. Not only did he fail to double check his measurements he blamed my husband and I for providing the wrong instructions. He claimed he would refund us the $150 for the shower head he didn’t measure correctly and we could no longer use. He got loud with me on the phone and ignored many calls and texts trying to resolution on the matter. It was a disgusting experience to be treated this way by someone claiming to be a professional.

We needed a plumber on Sunday after our toilet started giving us issues. Called multiple places and they could only come on Monday. Called Tom and he came in an hour and fixed it and the toilet works great now. Highly recommend him!

Had a shower that stopped working and at first called ABC Plumbing, you know "Consider It Done" Well "Consider It a Scam" They would fix it for $942.

Tom did the plumbing work on our kitchen and master bath remodel. He was on time and every element of his workmanship was first rate. We have used a number of plumbers over the years. Tom Flynn is by far the best. We recommend him highly and will not hesitate to use his services in the future

I would give Mr Flynn a -5 if that were an option. He is as dishonest a business man as I have ever met and I do not take it lightly writing bad reviews for a business owner. My wife and I spent $4000 on a shower upgrade and trusted Thomas Flynn to measure the shower fixture which was provided to him in advance of the tile being installed. He never bothered to measure the fixture itself and double check his work. Even worse than that he claims the instructions provided told him to measure it 4 inches shorter than the actual fixture. The directions were conveniently missing from the box and he accused me of hiding them essentially but he was the only person with motivation to cover up his error I had no incentive to do so. The back of the box even showed the correct dimensions. I went to the store where i originally purchased the fixture and took picture of it being un boxed and every page of the directions but he stuck to his made up story of the directions in the original box were wrong. Well he should know after being in business for so many years that you double and triple check your measurements. End result was we had to hire another plumber to install a less than desirable fixture for our new shower. Disgusted is an understatement with how he treated my wife and I after he made this error. Avoid this man at all costs everyone, you have been warned.

Mr Flynn replaced our water softener, took out the old one disposed of it and installed new inside our garage. He was very prompt friendly and knowledgeable. Today is his 44th anniversary of his plumbing business. What an accomplishment, we will certainly use him in the future if his services are needed .

Thomas Flynn Plumbing is the only plumber for me. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and reasonable. I've had Tom here several times over the course of remodeling my kitchen. His prices are fair and he goes above and beyond what I ever expected. He will arrive when he says, gets the job done and when he leaves the place is clean. He is happy to help with recommendations of brands to buy and will even tell you where to get the best price. I contacted Tom late in the afternoon to come by and take care of two leaking toilets. He was out early the next morning, here and gone within 40 minutes.

He was extremely professional and cleaned up everything after the repairs. He didn't make any attempts to up sell me anything. He explained he has over 30 years of experience as a Master Plumber.

The charge for both repairs, to include replacement internal parts was around $100.

I will definitely use him again and refer him to anyone asking about a plumber.

After receiving a few quotes to have three water valves replaced for three toilets, I chose Mr. Flynn. Not only did Mr. Flynn arrive on time, he was courteous, very knowledgeable and took time to explain the process of the work. A couple moments later Mr. Flynn had finished replacing the three water valves, cleaned up after himself and gave advice on how to keep the toilets running well. I couldn't be happier with the work and pricing Mr. Flynn provided and recommend him highly.

We've used Thomas for a few jobs over the years and have always been pleased with his work. He is very knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous. I have always felt the job was done correctly which is important when dealing with plumbing. Just had him out to replace what I thought was a leaking water heater and found out the leak was coming from behind the wall. He fixed it and showed us the problem. Very happy with his service

We called this morning after discovering a leak coming from under our bathroom vanity. We called Paradise about leak detection needing to be done and they referred us to Sleuthe Leak Detection who came same day. After Sleuthe came, I called Paradise back and they were able to send out a tech the same day who found and replace our copper pipe in the wall in a matter of hours. Fantastic customer service and we greatly appreciate the quick turnaround with it being a Friday. We only have one bathroom in our home and if we would’ve had to wait, our issue could’ve gotten worse.

Zac, the technician that came to my home, was professional. He listened to my issues, thoroughly inspected the affected areas and related appliances, and made appropriate recommendations. One of the best service calls I have had with home contractors. I will only call Paradise for any plumbing needs in the future!

I was going to change faucets in our bathroom but got stuck getting the bolts off the handles under the cabinet. Zac came out and put the rest of the faucets in superbly. Clean, knowledgable and smooth worker.
