I had stains developing under an improperly installed water bowl. I called Pool Kings to see what could be done to clean up the stains on the surrounding tiles and get a quote for cleaning. They ended up cleaning it up and when I asked for a price told me I had a beautiful pool and to enjoy it! The epitome of a community company that is more concerned with taking care of neighbors than a bottom line. I called them again for a different problem and he was more than willing to make some phone calls to assist me in getting the right help to fix the problem. Joey is the best business owner I have ever met. A strong windy storm blew by my home and I came home to a mess. Two big planters full of dirt were knocked over and all the dirt fell in the pool. I didn’t know what to do, so I called Joey. I sent him pictures and he told me to shut the pool pump off and not to worry. He came to my home the very next day and had all the dirt cleaned out by the time I got home. Within 24 hours the pool was usable.

But wait there’s more! Joey came back out after a couple days to make sure everything was good and he cleaned out the filter and salt cell.
