Outstanding service.
Ive used a few services here in Orlando that have crooked me out of jobs, ive paid thousands to people who have created bandaids for home issues without actually solving the issues.
These guys helped our home and family out tremendously and never once ripped us off.
If I have an AC issue, I call these guys and nobody else. Honest, efficient and priced very fairly.

Zero mold helped us with a property we were renovating that had some moisture and mold concerns. They were professional, efficient, and thorough; but most importantly, they didn’t try to sell us on expensive unnecessary treatments or fixes to the areas of concern. We will use them again if we encounter any other issues with future properties!

Patrick was absolutely wonderful. Detected what was happening in our home, and scheduled a service within a few days. He went above and beyond with his service. Helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Patrick was excellent at taking care of our mold situation. He is very knowledgeable about mold and HVAC systems, and he went above and beyond to accomodate our situation. He came out earlier than other HVAC companies and put in more time than them to clean out our AC coils and drainage line. Also, the price was lower than what other companies charge. Highly recommend their services!

We had an awful smell coming from our guest bathroom that we were sure was mold or mildew. I contacted ZeroMold. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days. I received a text message confirming the appointment and another when the technician was on his way to our house. The technician showed up on time was professional, courteous and friendly. He got right to work testing. He found and resolved the problem quickly. I couldn’t be happier with the company or the technician. I highly recommend them and will call them again if the need ever arises.

ZeroMold is a great company with very honest people. ZeroMold let me know that I did not need mold treatment, which was recommended by an AC repair technician we hired prior due to the AC from my attic flooding the garage. We ended up hiring ZeroMold to resolve further HVAC issues because the AC repair technician we hired previously did not do a good job at all. These guys are super honest and their prices for restoration services are great, I would hire them a million more times, also Patrick is super honest and amazing !!!!

I scheduled a consultation due to what I thought was visible mold in my bathrooms, and was concerned about health impacts. When Patrick arrived he was incredibly honest and told me the mold in my bathrooms was not a health issue, and advised me how to treat it on my own. As he continued his thorough inspection, he did find mold in my AC unit, which was so disgusting and I was immediately anxious about the health impacts on my family.

Patrick was incredibly honest, thorough, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we fully understood the process. We were especially impressed with how quickly he was able to schedule the remediation, making what could have been a stressful situation much easier to handle. In addition to remediating the issues with the AC, Patrick also treated the mold in my bathrooms, and all for an extremely fair price.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! One of the most honest contractors I have worked with in the Orlando area. Patrick was very knowledgable and will not unnecessarily open up the wall unless he truly believes there is an issue. Most other mold companies will rip apart your house just to make more money. There is no one else I will trust when it comes to mold remediation in my home.
