Always nice to visit a place that the employees are helpful. I had been looking at different places and the box store was $3 more for each item and did not support local business. So better price bought from lical people with passion of their products.

I was greeted with a smile. She was very pleasant, she drove me. Around in the Golf cart, checking on all the trees that I was wanting to get, I found a couple. I will be back with my son, very pleasant experience.

My mom and I came by to inquire about landscaping and plants there was a great selection of plants. No one greeted us, smiled , or even acknowledged we were there maybe they were busy, but I was uncomfortable. Guess we’ll be going somewhere more friendly.

I’m still standing in the parking lot as I write this from buying a 30 gallon bald cypress . I own 1st Class Lawn Care & Maintenance and I’ve had dealing with a lot of nursery’s but I’ve never been somewhere with so much southern hospitality. Office was felt like I was talking to family and the workers were on point. So if your a fellow landscaper these guys are good people

Lees Trees recently helped me plant a red maple in my backyard. I received a bid by phone. I visited their nursery and spoke with a staff member who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. While other local nurseries could help, their prices were higher than Lees and their delivery times were weeks away. I agreed to Lees proposal and the tree was delivered and planted the next day. Overall I found the staff very respectful and will be a lifelong customer.

Another great experience from Lee’s Trees. They are the epitome of customer service and quality. They go above and beyond for their customers.

We bought all of our trees and bushes from them and been happy with every single one of them. They deliver and install. They also give you great tips as far as where to plant and how to take care of the them. I 100% recommend them!

I had a great experience with this place a few months ago. I bought (14) Azaleas for a hedge. They were solid plants and transplanted perfectly into the ground. Today, the Azaelas look fantastic.

I recently bought (5) Thryallis and planted them in the front yard. During the planting process it was clear to see and feel that one of them was from a different batch, for it was smaller and fuller, plus tight in the soil. The other four were taller, thinner, very loose in the soil, and were somewhat tricky to transplant and have them stand up properly - they kept falling over they were so loose in the soil (from the pots). I planted them and "plugged" them to get the air out while packing soil around them. I watered them every day for a week, keeping them wet, plus it rained all week. The one plant looks really good but the other four look horrible.

I have planted many plants in my yards and my parents yard and really never had much issues with plants. I was a little taken back by the results and quality of the plants and decided to call the nursery to get some advice and ask If I could send some pictures to them for guidance.

I don't know who answered the phone, but she was very rude to me. First, I could hardly understand her with the thick accent, and honestly I didn't know what to say. I told her I bought plants recently from there and they are having trouble, she immediately cut me off and said "Did we plant them?" I said "No". She then came right back with "If we didn't plant them we can't warranty them". I never said anything about warranty or who was at fault, all I wanted to do was talk to the woman at the desk with the blonde hair to ask for advice. I tried explaining again, she cut me off and I said "can I please finish?" Basically, she refused to help me, so I asked multiple times if I could speak to the woman who sits at the desk right inside the office. She kept repeating herself "How can I help you?" I finally said "It doesn't sound like you want to help me". I told her the next time I want plants, like my Crepe Myrtle and Snow on the Mountains that we've been shopping for, I would be going to Royal Landscape to get my plants. She rudely said "Go where ever you want, I don't care!" I said thank you and I will gladly write a review about what a disaster this phone call was and how you handled yourself, in which she said she had a customer in front of her. So, she answered the phone while helping a customer and was rude to the person on the phone in front of that customer... wow!!

It's clear by the photos that the one plant is much healthier and from a different batch. The other 4 look horrible and were not at all high quality, loosely in the soil in the pot... and the results show it.

Excellent healthy plants. Great prices. They will even deliver and plant for a great price. Over all a reliable landscape nursery with healthy plants.

I visited Lee’s Trees in Apopka, FL to request a replacement for plants that were in good condition. The lady in the front office was very rude and crude throughout the interaction. She also told me that her shop was not Home Depot, insinuating that they do not accept returns and confirmed they have no return policy at all. So if you buy a plant the same day, be aware: they will not accept an exchange or return under any circumstance.

When I asked her to look at the good condition of the plants, she walked with me to my car, looked at them, then turned around and went back to the shop without saying a single word. She did not acknowledge the good condition of the plants, nor did she simply say, “I’m sorry, but we can’t accept these back.” I would have respected that. Instead, she silently walked back and closed the door to her air-conditioned shop.

After seeing her actions, I was flabbergasted. Every business should have clear policies and treat customers with basic courtesy, but that’s not what I experienced here. Be cautious when buying from this nursery they have no return policy and you may be met with rudeness instead of service.
