Called around to find a contractor to give estimate for fire damage . facebook suggested this company. Set appt time with him . he changed it due to a meeting . when he did come out he didnt look at home before he said its going to cost at least 60k or more. I had already gotten other estmates from other companies which had not come close to this. I advised him take a look first do your assessment and provide me feedback. He again advised it would be more then 60k and asked what the other companies had quoted. i told him 15 to 30k . he said go with them . i advised i dont need you to tell me who to go with i only need and estimate. He then in the mist of speaking jumped as if something was crawling on him all while still fast talking me. I said let's walk outside . then he told me if i gave him a review on google a positive review he would give me an estimate. I told him the other companies that came out didnt ask me to do anything for an estimate. He said im up and coming and need the business . i agreed to give a review . he stayed did his thing left. Texted me later with a blank invoice and said he would release it upon my review . i screen shot the prior review . he never sent me anything back . so again a waste of my time. Next day i texted back can i have the estimate he said he sent it ..he didnt . then sent me a estimate for 77k ..at that point i was not pleased with his games. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a professional company to do business with. Look beyond .

Geo well was amazing ! They came in did the job and it was prefect when they left .. they tore out walls and bathrooms and it was cleaned to perfection ! Highly recommend !

Professionalism. This is the word that I’ll use to describe the person who came to find the leak in our wall. Brandelle was on time for the job. He found the issue right away and addressed it without leaving any messes behind. Ill recommend him 100%

It should include words such as, kind, patient, advocate, protective and forthcoming. With parents in their late 70’s and early 80’s these were the things that meant the most to us. We needed someone who was patient to explain things over and over if need be without becoming frustrated, someone willing and able to protect us from being taken advantage of by an insurance company who attempted to not pay as they should’ve and someone humble enough to admit they didn’t know every answer to every question asked of them. These are the excellent qualities that removed much anxiety and made things much easier as human beings. Quality, scheduling and professionalism all in order, but the human touch put the icing on the cake!

After a devastating flood from Hurricane Ian, GeoWell came to my immediate rescue. They were professional, punctual and kind. They got to work immediately, were responsive to questions, and were helpful as I worked through my insurance claim

We had a leak in our bathroom that no one could find. They not only found the leak but explained everything, were extremely professional and honest. Our house is under warranty with the builder so we actually didn’t choose them but if we ever need anything we will call them for sure. The builder didn’t want to move with their recommendation on taking out the mirror and vanity to inspect and treat further water damage and these guys were really amazing at explaining all to us and really empowered us to be firm with the builder.

Great experience with Brandelle and his crew. Came out in a timely manner and quickly found the cause of a recurrent problem that another company sent by my home builder were not able to find/address. They are efficient, precise and neat.

Our house received some minor damage from Hurricane Ian and GeoWell inspected it. My fears of what needed to be done were relieved.

GeoWell did a great and quality job making extensive repairs to my 2-story townhouse which sustained significant damage due to water intrusion from a faulty front porch that traveled and damaged the exterior and interior wall of the 2nd story. GeoWell worked closely with me to help fight to get the insurance company to cover most of the damages they initially denied and although it took much longer than we hoped it was finally done and the end result was great. The townhouse looks great and is now better than it was before they started.

Brandelle and his team arrived prepared, organized, and ready to get to work. Super professional and efficient. They prepared a detailed estimate of the work needed to restore our home to it’s pre-loss condition. They had hints and considerations no one else even told us about.

They provided us with water mitigation services following hurricane Florence and the team did excellent work. Very professional and hard working team quickly removed water soaked portions of the home and dried everything out. Worked with the adjuster and insurance company during the process. They were also very patient while the claim was being processed.
