GeoWell Construction took care of me after I had hurricane damage. The insurance company was trying to settle saying there was far less damage than was actually there. They were also trying to pay as if I, a widow, was doing all the work myself and not hiring professionals.

Brandelle George educated me by providing articles to read so I could fight back as an educated consumer with his support! Not only did we get a new adjuster to approve everything but Brandelle was able to get the work done around my schedule, quickly, and on time! When I returned home it was like moving into a new home! I highly recommend GeoWell Construction and Brandelle George for all your contracting needs!

We had Hurricane Sally damage to our roof as well as interior damage to our ceilings and walls. As senior citizens we didn't know where to turn. Geowell's customer service is outstanding. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and very proud of the new roof, ceilings and walls. The company manages all aspects. Would use them again.

We contacted Geowell about a recent AC leak. We received an immediate response and had someone out very quickly. I am so very impressed with the service we received. This company is very professional, very friendly and customer attentive. I was also very happy to see all the latest technology to check for mold, moisture, temperature etc. I highly recommend them.

The Guys at GeoWell are extremely Detailed with their work. From beginning to end i was totally blown away at how professional the guys were. The work being done in my home consists of drywall being ripped up as well as floors etc. The entire time the team gave us an update on what was happening step by step. The guys were super clean and detailed with their line of work and not once could i tell drywall and floors were ripped up due to how clean and organized they were. I must say i would definitely recommend GeoWell as they are a top notch contractor with professional qualities and staff.

There are some experiences that you never expect, are unprepared for, and have no idea of how to cope with. This was my experience when I returned home after hurricane Ian to find my first floor and garage completely covered with flood rains, and contaminated water from broken and backed up street water and sewage systems.

Because I was away from home during the hurricane I had a slow start to the novel recovery process. I appealed to my homeowners insurance for assistance, but was denied because i am not in a flood zone and didn’t have a “flood rider”. I had a difficult time in getting timely responses from appropriate contractors to assess my damage. The time frame was crucial because both to get the work expertly done, and Also to provide the expert assessment to guide my attempts to obtain funding for the urgent and necessary repairs.

It was my good fortune to make contact with Geowell Construction and its owner Brandelle. From the point of first contact, he was professional, helpful and compassionate. Although he had other pressing appointments he made an early appointment to assess my home damages, conducted a thorough examination, and patiently explained to me the details of the damage, and the steps that were necessary to ensure appropriate demolition, remediation and reconstruction that would be structurally sound, and not compromise the health and safety of my household.

Throughout the process, i felt reassured that he was not Only committed to providing complete and quality work, but that he cared about his customers as individuals with unique needs and facing challenging times.
I assume that Brandelle typically works with insurance claims, but he was sensitive to my Unique situation, and agreed to breakdown the costs to allow me to get the most important and health preserving steps (remediation of a growing mold issue) taken care of in the most timely manner.

The crew from GeoWell Construction were scheduled to be at my house from 1-5pm on Monday, September 16 to conduct a leak test and containment set up in my bathroom. When they received an emergency call that would delay them, they immediately called me to adjust the time and make sure I was aware. When they arrived, all three were professional and courteous. They asked a few questions about the history of the problem I was having, then got to work. For a little history: this leak was behind my shower and had been worked in by another company. This other company came out to sea the outside area of my house on three separate occasions and it was still leaking. GeoWell, on the other hand, found the actual cause of the leak within an hour and prepped the area for the repair work to be done shortly. The final point I wanted to bring out was that, as they were searching for the leak, they saw that I had fans blowing onto the carpet outside my A/C unit. I explained that it had leaked everywhere and had been repaired over the weekend, so now I was drying the carpet and padding underneath. As they finished their work, they brought up two extra blowers they had with them and hooked them up outside my A/C unit, to help dry everything quicker. These gentlemen not only handled the job they were sent here to do perfectly, but then went above and beyond to help with something else, just to provide great customer service. As someone who has spent a career in customer service in the Supply field, I always go out of my way to point out when someone else provides stellar customer care.
This is the bottom line you need to take about GeoWell Construction: stellar performance and they truly care about their customers. I would have them back for any job and I would recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you.

My home was seriously damaged by Hurricane Florence and I needed emergency assistance...and fast! There was wind and wind-driven water damage to the roof, attic, ceiling, walls, and carpet.
I hired GeoWell to work remotely on my house to get it finished as soon as possible, as I had back surgery that resulted from military service-connected disabilities and could not perform the work myself.
I trusted Brandelle to get the work done while living over 600 miles away - and he came through with flying colors. Brandelle kept in contact with me throughout the process, supplying photos and making sure that I could see the progress. He was always up front with his estimates of work and any issues he encountered.
The GeoWell crew was prompt, professional and worked like finely-tuned mschine. They were extremely hardworking and the quality of the work was excellent. GeoWell ensured my home was free of moisture in the roof, attic spaces, ceilings, floors and walls. They were also very neat with their equipment and the clean up was spot-on.
I plan to do quite a bit of work on my house and will absolutely use GeoWell for upcoming projects. I highly recommend Brandelle as a contractor who will perform the work he says he will; he is a true craftsman who takes great pride in his work and puts customer satisfaction first.

After Hurricane Sally hit we had tremendous damage. No knowing what to do next, we decided to look for contractors. Unfortunately, we didn’t feel satisfied with the ones we contacted. Until we found this company. We read their reviews and reached out to this company with hopes of them being able to lead us in the right direction.

To our amazement, they did more than lead us, they were compassionate and did more than we could ever ask. The owner, Brandelle, even helped us beyond the scope of this project by moving all of our things out of our house and moving them back in after the project was over. He also made sure other workers and contractors didn’t get over on us.

Brandelle was very polite and came quickly to tarp the roof after Hurricane Milton. Tarping took no time and both gentlemen were very quick to assist when needed. Tarp looks great and has held perfectly. Would highly recommend them in a time of need for roof assistance!

They had to fix an issue with my roof that was caused by a roofing company that went out of business. Brandelle is hands down the best contractor I have ever worked with. Brandelle was on my side ever step of the way. He did not hesitate to reach out to my insurance company and the adjuster to make sure everything was covered and fought to get what he believed was in the best interest for me and my house.
