I order a ac unit and the condenser last Saturday Lorenzo took my order and he doesn't answer my calls no more I haven't received anything yet and I keep texting him for my tracking number and still nothing

Frank was a breath of fresh air, literally! He was so friendly with my grandmother and fixed her A/C in a timely manner, I would definitely recommend.

Terrible company cause why the hell are they calling me at 1 am asking about a female, tripping over a female for no reason, woke me up mad as hell. Fire whoever uses this number for personal stuff, who calls nine times.

Scam warning. Thankfully I paid with a credit card, but after some I will be there tomorrow, still no sign. Not only so, no phone or voicemails returned, the assistant's voice mail box is full. Oh and don't bother going to 800 Johns Road, while they might have an office registered there, don't expect to find any physical presence, what you will find are guys making house frames. I walked through the building. All those lovely pictures of AC equipment must be located elsewhere. Scam warning.

I was in much need of a unit fix. Every other place in the 12 mile radius was charging an outrageous price. this company took my issue serious and my concerns very serious. The work done was immaculate, clean, and very professional. I have used this company 4 times for my other properties and my business. I now have 5 customer recommendations that used the company aswell. I must say, WE ARE ALL VERY HAPPY, with the work and sheer high professionalism.. thanks guys!! 🙏🏽😊

Very responsive and super competitive pricing. The tech that came out was Justin and he was very friendly and took the time to explain exactly what he did for replacing my old condenser. I would definitely use this company again.

This is the Fourth of July and I was very satisfied that they came and repaired my AC within a couple of hours.AC is working great.

Was able to be seen sooner due to a cancellation and my tech Justin was very friendly and was able to get us up and running quickly.

They were able to fit me in their schedule. They set up an appointment and were actually able to come sooner and I was notified via email and phone call. Luckily it was an easy fix.

Owner Justin went out on an emergency basis to assist with a former client who was wheelchair bound and no air conditioning and completed the work very quickly.

Highly recommend! Great service! They provide appointment reminders, great updates on the tech arrival time, and super nice and professional staff. The preventive prevention plan is a must in Florida and the cost is great.

Reggie was a great service tech. Explained our system to us and also gave tips on what we should look for if there were ever any issues with the unit. Arrived on time , was pleasant and we are excited to have such a great company service our homes HVAC.
