Over 10 yrs have had 4 different tree company's do work for me .Jeff @ J&J this is best tree work ever had done. GREAT CREW, FAST COORDINATED PERSONABLE AND CHECKED BACK TO BE SURE ALL OK.
Prob most impressive was cleanup, you didnt even know they ever here . On time great Company communication.

We got like 7 quotes from different companies. J&J Tree Service was the cheapest. Their liability insurance is current (posted on their website and verified).

Their team arrived right on time and took down a dead tree (struck by lightning) in less than 3 hours.

They cleaned up everything and it was like they were never here. Same for the tree.

The stump grinder arrived the day he was supposed to. He was a bit behind due to having so many jobs. But when we called the office they updated us on his new estimated time of arrival and it was spot on. The stump grinding was seemless and fast. He cleaned up after himself and even helped me remove another stump from a smaller tree next to this one.

The office team was extremely helpful with billing. This tree is right on the property line with our neighbor so we split the cost. They were willing to split the invoice and take our half in cash and the neighbor's half in credit card.

Overall perfect!

I would use them again in a hot second.

J&J INC.is a very professional company and the crew that pruned my trees did a outstanding job.

Nothing else to say but what a great company, their workers were clean, professional, and courteous. They walked the job with us and made sure we knew how the job was going to work. Their efficiency was amazing. Nothing was broken, damaged, or out of place when they left. The crane operator knew exactly what to do and their arborists had a plan and they were on top of it. They showed up on time and ready to work. The fact they took safety into consideration showed the professional actions of this company.100% will use again and we will be referring them to who ever needs tree work. Such a great job.

As a former licensed arborist in Maine I know a little about tree work. I can tell you that these guys know their business. I had a 60+ foot dead pine in my back yard which they took down in 90 minutes with zero lawn. plant, or building damage. The limbs and logs were neatly piled on the side of the road and an hour after the job was done one of their trucks came and loaded the debris, including leaves and pine sprills. Kudo's to Jeff, Willie and the others for a job well done.

I had a fantastic experience with J&J Grapple! They returned my call immediately and actually showed up 20 minutes earlier than scheduled — which was a great surprise. The driver was courteous, professional, and handled the pickup of large tree debris and stumps quickly and efficiently.

Their pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the size of the load. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend J&J Grapple and will definitely use them again!

I initiated a call to this amazing company for help to deep clean my bosses home. Gave me an excellent quote over the phone. They scheduled the service and arrived on time. This was a deep clean and boy did they do a deep clean! Everything looks AMAZING! They are super nice and really went above and beyond. We are now scheduled monthly with them.

Our daughters 7th birthday in January was a blast. We rented out the sweetwater clubhouse. It was such a blast that the mess afterwards was horrendous. I was scared I would not get my deposit back. I called up #ggtllc and they were able to not only accommodate for me last minute but the level of communication was phenomenal. Jake was so detail oriented in every aspect of the cleaning and maintained a positive attitude the entire time. The place was disgusting. Kids threw cake and food, donuts everywhere and there was glitter galore all over the place. The place was left in better shape than when we rented it. We got our deposit back and they commented on how clean it was left! Will definitely use them again!

Personable, Professional and Caring Services. I contacted Jake through a local city group on Facebook to see if he could squeeze in a clean for my son and DIL as they just had a new baby. He was very professional and caring from the first call to completing the task. My son and DIL were so happy and shocked at how clean Jake made their home, smell, feel and look. Jake was one of the only services I called that readily provided me proof of license, bond and insurance. The other services I called hesitated. Great experience working with Darren! He cleaned the carpet in my master bedroom, hallway and large walk-in closet. Everything looks and feels fantastic. Professional, on time and finished the job when he said he would. His equipment is clean, very well maintained and he used corner protectors to not scuff up my walls with his hoses. I will definitely be calling him again to clean all of our travertine tiles in the house. I highly recommend supporting this business. Excellent job!

Darren was great. He arrived on time and was respectful and cordial. He cleaned a very soiled, light colored swivel rocker for me which looked like new when he was finished. I would certainly call Honest Floor Care for all my furniture and floor cleaning needs.
