This company is Amazing! They came out the Same day I called.. Isaac was very professional and kept me in the loop on what he was doing and by the way, our ducts were completely blocked! He finished in a timely manner. Will definitely be using them in the future. Also he arrived early so big thank you to them! Excellent!

Awesome experience! It’s our 2nd time been serviced by Evans. We appreciate his professionalism (took video of the lint pipe), thoughtfulness (he put on booties under his shoes), took care of the property by making sure walls weren’t scratch with his equipment, vacuum the floor in the laundry room afterwards. Evan from Dryer Vent Wizard of Seminole is very pleasant, kind, and trustworthy!

I would highly recommend Dryer Vent Wizard. I was able to get an appointment the next day and they sent text reminders. The tech Issac was amazing. He text me when he was on the way, and all during the process he sent before and after videos of the work. He did not just repair what was asked of him, but went above and beyond and made sure the repair worked. Even going on the roof to check the exhaust. He was friendly, thorough, and courteous. He cleaned up and left things better than he found them. The price was fair and it was easy to pay by card right on his device. It was a great value.

If I could give this company negative five stars, I absolutely would. Our experience with Even was extremely unprofessional from start to finish.

We clearly informed him that our washer and dryer were brand new--only three days old and costing nearly $2,000. After the service was completed, we discovered extensive scratches on both appliances, likely caused by his equipment being dragged across their surfaces.

Even worse, Evan left without saying a single word to me or my husband about the damage. When we called him afterward to express our frustration, his response was completely inappropriate--he mentioned needing to "bring a weapon" if returning to our home. That kind of remark is unacceptable and unprofessional under any circumstance.

This company showed no compassion, accountability, or professionalism in handling the situation. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. You deserve to work with people who respect your property and your safety.

Will use again! Strada Services did great work, plus they were timely and professional. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know.

If you have an HVAC EMERGENCY and want service immediately, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!

Don’t be fooled because it says they’ve been in business for 20+ years because you’ll end up waiting for someone on call who never ends up calling you to fix your AC.

My AC stopped working and I called this company at 1:11 AM. They took all my information and told me they had someone on call and I should be receiving a call shortly. I stayed up all night for a call that never came. Randomly, at 7:51 AM I got a call asking if I still needed service. I was told the reason I never got a call was because they were so busy. You would think a company that has been in business for “20 years” will call you and let you know this instead of keeping you up waiting all night.

If I had known this, I would have reached out to someone else. Because once again my AC stopped working and it was 84 degrees inside my Home. The person then asked me
If I would like to make an appointment. How do we go from me having an AC emergency needing service immediately to would you like to make an appointment? I then asked to speak to a manager to file a complaint and what do you know one wasn’t available.

IF you have an AC emergency I recommend you use a more reputable company.

I had an issue at my house, with my pool pump timer, and I called Strada. The Tech was great, and explained the issue and gave me a couple of options and allow me to make the decision best for me and my family's needs, without any pressure. Once decided, he installed it quickly, and was very meticulous when he cleaned up and ensured that I had no other questions, before he left. This is how a service call should be.

had them out to look at some flickering lights and a breaker that kept tripping. the electrician was super chill and explained what was going on without trying to overcomplicate things. price was fair and the service was quick

Do not use this company!! I have now been without air conditioning for 5 days and when they tell you that will be at hour house next, they don’t show up, and they don’t communicate that they aren’t going to show up. Horrible communication and horrible customer service. This company should not be in business.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to get in touch with a single live person in over 24-hours to schedule service. My house is currently without partial power and WiFi. I have called different phone numbers, emailed, etc. This company was assigned to my new build community and I am extremely disappointed in this service. I have been on hold for over 40 minutes during my 6th attempt calling to try and get in touch with someone.

Terrible customer service. Couldn’t even get anyone to come out for a quote. We booked online for Sunday morning, no one ever called or showed up. Spent over 30 mins on hold. When we finally got someone, the clueless customer service reps said the call hadn’t even been routed to a technician. Then they tried to also charge us more for the service call because it’s the weekend vs what the website said. Couldn’t even keep the price the same or waive it for the inconvenience of making us wait 3 hours and still no one showing up. Will never attempt to use this unprofessional company again.

I would not recommend this place for engineering. Not only do they not know what they're doing but have zero infrastructure. Do research on this company before ever using them.

$2000 to replace a light in our office that had melted and burn-ed that they had just installed and few months prior. Crooks!
