They are the best tree company out there!

I know jose Martinez and I can tell he is very professional, he has a long history working trimming trees with big companies, Nelson Tree Service, Davey Tree Service, Ausplunh, etc. He has 10 years experience.

Great workers, Luis is great. Works great, on time , hard worker. Would recommend hands down. Great price very professional. Thank you will be calling for my other trees when ready.

The owner is very Responsible in the work he does and very courteous with his clients. He has good prices for the services he offers tree removal and stump grinding very very professional. Keep it up my friend.

Very customer oriented. Wants to make sure you are happy and satisfied. Crew very friendly. Very reasonably priced. Cleaned all debree after job completion. Trees located in precarious positions. Did a good job avoiding damaging existing plants.

First - it's not a 2 or 3 month process to begin with. I wanna start with that. Set a real expectation, otherwise you'll get upset. Do it when you ready.
We talked to all 3 companies that doing lifting house in our area. Davie has the most experience and we did not feel like we are testing/learning subject like the other 2 companies. Communication was great to begin with and continues to be great. Ed came to our house with in a week and we got the estimate. The quote just includes lifting, you must get contractor to take over or get home owner permit. The company will work with you. The other company never came to the house, we got quote when they look at the floor plan online. With this amount of money, it's a slap in the face.
Then, we know that St pete city will take 6 more months for permit approval, it took us 10 months.
We was notified about the crew coming to start project 2 mo beforehand so we could find place to live.
First lift was amazing, I took day off to watch and we are up 5 feet in 48 hr. There is a small crack on the stone tile inside the house, easy fix.
now we are waiting for next process - pouring and second stage lifting.
Marie is a gem - she'll get right answer and right person for you.
Vernon, the lift engineer is truly amazing, knowledgeable and kind. He'll answer any of you questions. I met him by accident 4 houses away immediate after Helene. He was doing the lifting on our neighbor. I walked over at the site. He just introduced himself and explain the process. At that time, I knew nothing about it, he is the main reason we decided to lift.
Jensen, the ground engineer is super helpful and responsive.
I also encounter with others at the office Grace, Aliana, Jessica and Stewart, they all been really helpful.

Let our permit sit for a year, when we tried to cancel they stole our deposit and claimed they have administrative costs. The GM just tries to bully people on the phone. So unprofessional.

Excellent service from the whole team, they listened to our requests and then completed the job in a professional and efficient way. They also completed the work within the agreed timetable.

Called them three times, scheduled twice - never showed up or even called back to advise a no show. One should NEVER rely on such poor organizational skills with a hefty project such as home elevation. Very telling of the caliber of work they put out!

They made appointment to visit my house to give a quote on lifting. No one contacted me to confirm appointment time and didn’t return my call to confirm. Not a good feeling about proceeding at this point in time.

Warren Davie is very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.if you want your shoring project done correctly, there is no other choice. He’s the standard that all other companies are trying to match! You will not be disappointed.

We recently lifted our home 6 feet with Davie Shoring after our home was severely damaged after Hurricane Ian. We live in Saint James City on the water. We had received quotes on building a new home, and decided to explore this option. We met with Chris Ellis and proceeded with the project. Chris is a great guy to deal with and extremely knowledgeable.

It was difficult and time consuming getting the permitting with Lee County, but as promised Davie Shoring was successful, and managed the process start to finish. The owner Warren Davie is very engaged in his business which was great to see. Jonathan Malave in the office was terrific in keeping us posted with how things were going as we were out of state. The companies communication is spot on.

It is rare these days that any business especially a contracting firm, exceeds your expectations. Davie Shoring did do just that. What seemed like a great expense now seems like a bargain and the best thing we could have done on this 1970 built home. We believe this home will be here 50 years from now. And we are pleased we were able to maintain the character and charm of the original build while bringing it up to current build standards.

The end result after fully renovating the home including adding an additional living space where the garage used to be was far less than building a new home. We are very pleased.

This company has more experience lifting homes than anyone I have come across in my national searches. If you want to lift your home these are the people to do it with.
