Very effecient and promp on repairs. Arrived on ti.e gave me quote afer explaining the needed repair. Parts ordered came the following day. Done.

On two separate occasions we had issues with our Electrolux refrigerator/ice maker and both times Atlantic coast appliance quickly responded to phone calls and got our needs scheduled for repair. They also go above and beyond to make sure you’re getting the right service to your broken appliance. We’ve had Tony and Aaron out to service the fridge and even correct an error that resulted in a refund to us due to not needing the product that was originally estimated as the issue. We will 100% be continuing to use their services as needed. They are the best in the area.

Very satisfied customer. Called with an emergency outage of my refrigerator. Service was very prompt and as promised. Aaron came out, diagnosed the issue quickly, and ordered the part for overnight delivery. Follow-up appointment to replace the faulty board was very timely, professional and remedied the problem. Highly recommend Atlantic Coast Appliance and will be using them going forward. Thanks Aaron also for your courteous, professional service and for your good sense of humor!

Called Friday afternoon and they responded within 2 hours after the call. Eric was super professional and polite. Diagnosed the problem and clearly explained what the problem was. Had to order the part that only took 2 days. Eric returned on Wed morning first thing to install. Only took 15 minutes to replace the fan. I highly recommend this company for all your appliance repair needs. Great company.

Best company ever! Every time I have an 'appliance issue', I call them and they are 'on it'! They are timely, responsible, very knowledgeable, their prices are more than reasonable, and their customer service is amazing! My appliances last longer with their help and honesty!! I will always call Atlantic Coast Appliance for all of my appliance needs!!

Great responsiveness and expert service. Aaron repaired our Samsung refrigerator quickly and explained exactly what was repaired. Super easy to work with and pricing was reasonable for what we had repaired. Will definitely use Atlantic Coast Appliance in the future if we need other appliance repairs.

We couldn't have asked for better customer service. Anna & Cara were very helpful over the phone, and our service technician, Joe, was amazing! Joe was extremely knowledgeable and courteous, and it was a breath of fresh air to know that we were getting such great service at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend Atlantic Coast Appliance & plan to use them for all of our appliance needs in the future!

Excellent service and response time. The team that arrived was professional, charming and knowledgeable. It was a very pleasant experience. While the work was good, there was an issue that needed further resolution and these guys were honorable and exceedingly kind about restoring the whole situation. In fact, they went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer. I heartily recommend them to anyone with an appliance issue.

I called on Friday morning because my fridge wasn't producing any cold. Atlantic Coast Appliance agreed to come on Saturday morning, and Tony arrived punctually. He spent an hour thoroughly checking everything and successfully repaired the fridge. The price was fair, and based on my experience, I highly recommend Atlantic Coast Appliance.

Rachel was fantastic at setting up my appointment and maintained wonderful communication. She was very helpful, patient, and friendly. Eric, the technician arrived inside the scheduled window and had figured out the problem with my LG washer within a few minutes. It was either going to be a new motor or a new sensor. I feared the worst because I know motors are quite expensive. When he told me that it just the sensor, I was relieved and immediately knew he was spot on honest. The bonus was he had a replacement in his van, so no shipping or return visit. He had the sensor changed in a few minutes. I don't think he was here more than 25min total. Eric knows his stuff and it shows. He had us up and running in no time and the washer runs like a champ again. I can now proudly recommend all my friends and coworkers to use ACA for all their repair needs with no fear of being ripped off or changing parts unnecessarily. It's hard to find a trustworthy business today, but I can attest that you're in good hands with ACA.

This is a family owned company and they are super nice. They went out of their way to help me and were very honest. I’ll definitely come back should I need any more help with my appliances.

Eric was the technician who serviced our GE Dryer and diagnosed the problem within minutes! Once the part was received, a service appointment was made that worked with our busy schedule! He had our GE Dryer up and working within thirty minutes! Atlantic Coast Appliance are very honest, professional, courteous and respectful AND reasonably priced. The experience we have had with them, I would highly recommend them to anyone! Our Atlantic Beach community is very fortunate to have this company so close to home. Thank you for making my day. My family truly appreciates having the peace of mind knowing that we have a reliable company who (when the need arises) can service all our appliances! (Just one last comment: We had a different company, due to our home warranty contract, who took three months and still the original problem existed.) Again, THANK YOU Eric (he went beyond the call of duty) and the Atlantic Coast Appliance!

Highly recommend. I called for dryer repair work and Eric the technician showed up two hours later. He was very knowledgable and helpful. I will definitely use them for future appliance repairs.

Bill Gray came to my house to diagnose my non-functioning washing machine. He poked a couple buttons within 3 minutes he knew exactly what the problem was and told me that for the price of repairs on my 15-year-old machine, I could buy a new one. Nice guy. Very very personal, respectful, great company. I've dealt with M&M, Amy's all the previous iterations of the same company and I have always been completely satisfied

My wife ordered a washer and dryer from Atlantic Coast Appliance over the phone. They said delivery would be within 10 days.They came out right on time, removed the old washer dryer and installed the new on within 30-45 minutes. The technician was Troy and he was courteous and efficient. I would recommend this company.

5 stars fir this great 3 person team to come out to fix a washing machine. Full sized stackable units in a tight space, but these guys made it look so easy. Super nice, professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely use them again.

Great place if you need the right part now. They were very helpful and knew right away what part I needed. Go to them for all your parts because you don't want to be like me and order 3 different dryer belts just to save a couple of dollars. only to have Mt. Clothsmore stacking up because you have to keep waiting days for the right belt to be delivered. They are very knowledgeable and will make sure you are taken care of.
