100% will use again! My fridge/freezer temp was rising...I look in the back and the entire back wall of the freezer was covered in a thick layer of frost. I called Atlantic Coast Appliance who was able to send Jordan out the same day to diagnose. He was super friendly, honest, professional, and was able to diagnose the issue rather quickly. He ordered the part and was able to return a few days later to install. Quick installation process and now my fridge/freezer is working as good as new! Super thankful for Jordan and for Atlantic Coast Appliance! I highly recommend if you're looking for an honest and efficient appliance repair company.

It's usually a hassle to get a new appliance and have the old one hauled away, but Atlantic Coast made the process easy from ordering to install. Jonathan and Dominick were the delivery/install guys and were polite, thorough and knew what they were doing from beginning to end. I think these young men are a great addition to the Atlantic Coast team!

They came by today for a problem with the refrigerator, the tech I think his name was Richard did a great job. This is the second time I had them come by, they were here in 2022. I think it was a different tech. Highly recommended. Professional.

Washing machine not working. David was able to diagnose the issue and had to order the part. Was called a part arrived to schedule install. David installed part and washer is working fine.
Everyone was professional and meet all my expectations.

In addition, provided me with good information on the settings that needed to be changed. He was professional and is a subject matter expert. Oven kept tripping the breaker so I put in an online request with Atlantic coast to diagnose and hopefully repair. Owner called me the next morning and scheduled a tech to check it out. Ended up being cost-effective to repair so they ordered the part and I was able to get scheduled for the work pretty quickly. The technician, David, completed the repair quickly and even took the time to set the oven clock AND bring in my Kroger delivery 😄 I appreciate the willingness to go the extra mile and will definitely call on Atlantic coast in the future.

David explained the problem and informed us the part to repair was not in stock. We'll need to replace the appliance. We've used Atlantic several times now and trust everything they done for us.

I really trust this company. They helped me a ton with my refrigerator that had a freezer door frozen shut from a leak. I didn’t know where I should look into replacement or repair. I’m very happy with the advice and results of Aaron’s repair. They’re reasonably priced, incredibly easy to work with, and honest/knowledgable advice. Thank you Aaron and your company! A new refrigerator was delivered and set up today by service specialist Jonathan! Johnathan was a very cordial, polite and efficient in every aspect of the job! Answered all my questions politely and knowledgeable! Great young man!

Update: the owner and called and made it right with us. The owner and his wife did not have to do that and it shows their integrity. It sounded like they are addressing the issue with the technician and making sure their standards are upheld.

My husband (Kyle) called to make an appointment and the technician Eric walked right into the house didn’t introduce himself and was very rude. Gets working on the dryer and says it’s going to be over $400 for a part that cost literally $25. We understand the up charge in parts but that is ridiculous..

Technician was great knowledgeable professional. Everyone I worked with from making the appointment to follow up on timing was great. Definitely will use again!

We always use East Coast Appliance for all our repair jobs. Their response time and quick repairs are always excellent. David has been our technician the last two times ( different appliances)and does a great job!

Got our Samsung Icemaker replaced by David. He was courteous, communicated what was needed easily, and very helpful. Two visits and it was fixed. Only paid for the repair, as long as you proceed with the repair when they diagnose it. The whole team was easy to do business with, by answering the phone and sending text message and email confirmation. Start to finish, easy setup and easy repair appointment. I understand why they have a stellar reputation. Will do business with them again, when needed.
