I am very disappointed in the service I received from ACA. The repairman was there 10 minutes, never pulled out the unit to find out if it is just a loose wire or what was going on then says it's "probably" the control panel??? That is unacceptable for $109.00. I would have also appreciated a call to talk about the findings since it is my house, my oven and I'm paying the bill. I think he is just guessing and has no idea what he's doing, how could he in 10 minutes? Not a happy customer, and a one time only customer!

Great place if you need the right part now. They were very helpful and knew right away what part I needed. Go to them for all your parts because you don't want to be like me and order 3 different dryer belts just to save a couple of dollars. only to have Mt. Clothsmore stacking up because you have to keep waiting days for the right belt to be delivered. They are very knowledgeable and will make sure you are taken care of.

100% will use again! My fridge/freezer temp was rising...I look in the back and the entire back wall of the freezer was covered in a thick layer of frost. I called Atlantic Coast Appliance who was able to send Jordan out the same day to diagnose. He was super friendly, honest, professional, and was able to diagnose the issue rather quickly. He ordered the part and was able to return a few days later to install. Quick installation process and now my fridge/freezer is working as good as new! Super thankful for Jordan and for Atlantic Coast Appliance! I highly recommend if you're looking for an honest and efficient appliance repair company.

It's usually a hassle to get a new appliance and have the old one hauled away, but Atlantic Coast made the process easy from ordering to install. Jonathan and Dominick were the delivery/install guys and were polite, thorough and knew what they were doing from beginning to end. I think these young men are a great addition to the Atlantic Coast team!

They came by today for a problem with the refrigerator, the tech I think his name was Richard did a great job. This is the second time I had them come by, they were here in 2022. I think it was a different tech. Highly recommended. Professional.

Washing machine not working. David was able to diagnose the issue and had to order the part. Was called a part arrived to schedule install. David installed part and washer is working fine.
Everyone was professional and meet all my expectations.

Bill Gray and his team are an awesome company, very professional, prompt, courteous and always fair. I highly recommend them for your appliance needs. Today mine was a refrigerator problem but they have worked on my washer and dryer as well. Thanks Bill!

We called them for a service call. The guy came out. He was super rude and unprofessional. They tried to scam us out of additional charges that were not justified and we're not wrong. We had the appliance professionally repaired. I do not recommend this company. They are one of those companies that will take advantage of you beware

Called this place over potential fire and electrocution problem with a glass top stove, guy called back apparently owner as he consistently told me I’ve been in business 40 years, very rude demeanor he stated he would not come look at it as it may affect the potential fact he may work for my landlord and as a renter I don’t have a right to contact repair without landlord permission, this is a straight lie reviewed actual law for state of Florida clearly stating that a renter has every right to call a repair for any reason, but he was so worried about having a potential relationship with my landlord and stated he would not risk that relationship over my glass top being a fire hazard or electrocution hazard! This is crazy as for landlord yes I did contact and submitted pics and landlord said oh it should be fine last tenant used it! This is my wife and child that could be injured using this stove!
If in fact you have been in business for 40 years I truly do not know how you lasted! Being new to area this doesn’t give great faith of quality of people and businesses!

This was my second time using Atlantic Coast Appliance and they are excellent. I needed a dishwasher repair and Richard arrived on time and corrected my problem. In addition, provided me with good information on the settings that needed to be changed. He was professional and is a subject matter expert. My thanks to Richard and Atlantic Coast Appliance for the great and competent work.

It’s rare to find a business that’s not just trying to upsell you — they actually helped me save money and fix the issue the right way. Oven kept tripping the breaker so I put in an online request with Atlantic coast to diagnose and hopefully repair. Owner called me the next morning and scheduled a tech to check it out. Ended up being cost-effective to repair so they ordered the part and I was able to get scheduled for the work pretty quickly. The technician, David, completed the repair quickly and even took the time to set the oven clock AND bring in my Kroger delivery 😄 I appreciate the willingness to go the extra mile and will definitely call on Atlantic coast in the future.

David explained the problem and informed us the part to repair was not in stock. We'll need to replace the appliance. We've used Atlantic several times now and trust everything they done for us.

I really trust this company. They helped me a ton with my refrigerator that had a freezer door frozen shut from a leak. I didn’t know where I should look into replacement or repair. I’m very happy with the advice and results of Aaron’s repair. They’re reasonably priced, incredibly easy to work with, and honest/knowledgable advice. Thank you Aaron and your company! I’ll be coming back when I need to buy a new fridge or appliance one day

A new refrigerator was delivered and set up today by service specialist Jonathan! Johnathan was a very cordial, polite and efficient in every aspect of the job! Answered all my questions politely and knowledgeable! Great young man!

Update: the owner and called and made it right with us. The owner and his wife did not have to do that and it shows their integrity. It sounded like they are addressing the issue with the technician and making sure their standards are upheld.

My husband (Kyle) called to make an appointment and the technician Eric walked right into the house didn’t introduce himself and was very rude. Gets working on the dryer and says it’s going to be over $400 for a part that cost literally $25. We understand the up charge in parts but that is ridiculous..
