David did an ok job on my rug but left one side dirty. He picked the rug up on November 19th and held it until dec 14th bc there was a flood in his warehouse. I was having construction done on my house so I left the rug sealed until today when construction completed and cleaning was done. When I opened it the one side still didn’t look clean. I called him and he called me a liar and said I got the rug dirty again. How can all be clean but one side. I didn’t want money back or anything I just wanted it touched up. He said he had before and after pics but refused to send them to me. He was rude and called me liar. Horrible business.
