I’ve tried a few carpet cleaners before, but these folks really impressed me. They used eco-friendly cleaning products that left no weird smell behind. The carpets feel soft again and the allergens are gone.

I love that they use eco-friendly cleaning products because I’ve got kids and pets. They managed to pull years of dirt out during the deep cleaning. The carpet feels softer and looks brighter now.

I recently had my couches and carpet cleaned by Carpet Clean Expert, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Dave, the technician, was incredibly professional, efficient, and courteous throughout the entire process.

The service was exactly as promised—and even exceeded expectations. My home was left spotless and beautifully organized. On top of that, the pricing was extremely reasonable for the quality of work delivered.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience truly deserved one. It’s rare these days to find a company that delivers outstanding service with both professionalism and genuine customer care. I highly recommend Carpet Clean Expert and would absolutely use them again!

I contacted them by phone to schedule a carpet cleaning for a house I had rented and needed to return with the carpet clean. I called them several weeks in advance, and for scheduling reasons with the property management company, I had to reschedule the appointment. They told me it was no problem — that my new appointment was confirmed and ready to be completed.

A day before the scheduled service, I called again to make sure everything was confirmed and that the cleaning would be done as agreed, since I only had one day available to complete it before the house handover the following day. They assured me over the phone that everything was confirmed and ready.

However, just a few hours later, one of their workers called me saying he hadn’t been informed of my appointment and wasn’t sure if he could come. He said that if he did, it would be around 6–7 PM, or that he might not be able to come at all, and even suggested I call other companies.

This is completely disrespectful. I did everything in advance to avoid this situation, only to be told at the last moment that they weren’t sure if they would show up. I couldn’t risk waiting and decided to hire another company that was serious and professional.

I do not recommend this company. They might call you just hours before your appointment to say they don’t know if they’ll come or not.

I had them do steam cleaning plus carpet protection in the high traffic areas. It looks amazing and now I don’t panic every time someone walks in with shoes. The whole space feels cleaner and easier to maintain.

Levi came within an hour after I called to pick up our area rug that needed cleaning and deodorizing (sick cat).
Service was seamless, we will definitely be calling again for all of our rug and upholstery cleaning needs.
