Really solid HVAC guy. Showed up on time, knew his stuff, and got everything taken care of without any hassle. Explained what he was doing, didn’t push anything extra, and made sure everything was working right before heading out. Easy to work with and definitely someone I’d call again for any further repairs needed!

My experience with this AC company has been absolutely awful. I believe all review below have been bought and/or fake. I originally contacted them to inspect our vents due to visible cracking and concerns about possible water buildup and mold spores. The technician they sent couldn’t communicate with me directly, so I had to speak through the office manager. They then sent the employee to check out our AC unit and performed a service—without giving me an estimate or even explaining what was wrong. I had no idea what was done until I got a call saying we owed over $400 (Which is very illegal under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act).

The very next day, I came into work and the AC unit was no longer working properly. I’ve been trying to get in touch with the office all day, and although the office manager has responded here and there, he said a technician would be sent out—but three hours later, I’ve heard nothing and am still waiting. After reaching out to the office manager again explaining my frustration, he has read my messages without an answer on if anyone is coming or not.

Prior to this, I never had any cooling issues. After their visit—where they reportedly drained and added Freon—the office has been heating up to 78 degrees, which has never happened in the two years I’ve been at my office.

Update: The office manager, Tony, said he would be sending a technician out at 9am the next day to check out the issue. After an hour, no word from him or the technician. Save yourself the time and money on a real, professional A/C company and not this place.

Mike and Santi did a wonderful job cleaning the air ducks and installing equipment for clean air quality. They were courteous and respectful. Thank you.

Wowwwww I called a few companies and I didn’t feel like I could trust them and I called ducktpros and I’ve never met a more honest technician. They are a bit more expensive but it comes with no faults and 5 star service.

Mike was friendly and professional. He did a great job educating us about the services before starting the job. Would recommend this provider

I called and they were able to bring out a technician same day. The technician was very knowledgeable and the 2 UV lights they installed should be a requirement. Highly recommend!!!!!

Highly recommend Duckt Pro. The guys did a great job cleaning out our ducts from the new construction dust. Will definitely be calling again on future projects.

The guy Mike who cleaned our ducts and vents was very friendly and did a great job! He was informative and called with ETA prior to arrival.

Their team did good, quick work to clean our clogged dryer vent & HVAC ducts which hadn’t been cleaned in several years. They installed an HVAC UV light for us that I had previously purchased but could not install on my own.

IThey were very professional from the calling to booking to coming out and completing the job. Jared the technician was great and I highly recommend him if you need your ducts cleaned. Sanitation was a huge plus.

Micke was great, we went through every detail and helped with all the question, he was super patient and took care of the problem, showed us in recordings the issues we had, man he was great!

They came out promptly when we needed our chimney cleaned so we could use it before the holidays. Fast service, thorough work and super friendly. I will definitely use duckt pros again and highly recommend!

Amazing service -- Mike did a thorough job assessing the duct and AC issues, cleaning the AC and duct, and installing an UV light to prohibit further growth. The air in our unit is noticeably cleaner afterwards!
