Annual maintenance turned into minor AC repairs Aventura when CoolAir AC Repair Aventura caught a developing capacitor issue early. They replaced it on the spot, cleaned coils deeply and optimized refrigerant levels. System runs like new again.

Rip off price. Don’t bother to contact.

I was excited about this company from reading the reviews. They came, showed me the problem and so I decided to get the AC replaced by them. However after the installation of the A/C part that goes outside there was a short circuit two days after their work was done. They wanted to charge me 250 to come fix it, I didnt feel I had a choice given that the a/c I just paid for was not working and there were burnt cables outside, to be fair when I requested the invoice it did not come. . Now that would have been the end of it if when I went to register the unit inside I wouldnt have recieved a notice from the company that makes the unit inside, that the warranty could not be registered because the unit has been used as a replacement before. I paid full price and was not informed of this. I tried to contact the company and they blew me off. I figured I should warn others.

UPDATE: I see the response below, but it doesnt make sense that they just wrote me off like that given I never gave my address on this review nor is my full name present on this review. I know what company I called and paid. My history of reviews shows I tend to only leave good reviews but I thought folks should know.

After dealing with subpar HVAC contractors in the past, I was a bit skeptical, but AC Repair by ChillFactor completely changed my opinion. I needed a full HVAC replacement in Aventura, and their team handled everything seamlessly. They came in after another company dropped out and did a wonderful job. They were always on time and very professional from the owners to the staff. We are very glad they decided to work with us.

The tech was very professional and friendly. He called to see if he could come earlier than scheduled and performed his work in an expected amount of time. I found the pricing to be fair compared to what I've seen advertised from other companies. I would not hesitate to call them again for maintenance or repairs.

We had a maintenance check and tech came out to look over our AC, etc. Tech was very friendly and respectful. He told us exactly what we needed to have done and stayed and chatted with us.

Both techs were thorough and efficient on the annual check-up. Explained options, prices and did great work on the job I chose to get done today.

Their technician were amazing! He called when he was on his way and arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He had everything taken care of quickly and explained what needed to be done before he completed the work. I had left a message last night and they went ahead and scheduled an appointment for this morning. He is always quick to respond and very thorough. I would recommend them to anyone.
