Gunder does a great job

2 weeks after hiring him pool is green! Waste of $$$$$

Initially cleaned dirty pool then did nothing else. Tested water and determined that water was not being treated.

Great service always on time would recommend this company to anyone with a pool

We have had some issues with our pool and the issues were resolved promptly, efficiently and at very reasonable rates.

Gunder has been extremely reliable and meticulous about getting our pool back into shape.

Been using the service for more than a year. Will definitely keep him as long as I can :) He do a lot of things beyond just cleaning the pool.

Terrible customer service, charged me for services not rendered and difficult to deal with. Shabby set up establishment not reliable which when you have a pool you dont want to worry about trusting them to come and knowing you have a clean pool when you feel ready to swim. Back to hunting for a real service.

Mr. Zimmermann is amazing!!! We had a swamp, a busted timer, a busted pump, and a broken pool cleaner. Mr Zimmermann turned the swamp into a beautiful pool, replaced the timer which is working beautifully, replaced the pump AND moved it so we could put a gate up behind it, and explained the various pool cleaners to me so I could make a good decision on which one to purchase! He even put it together for me and it works GREAT!!! He services our pool weekly and all we have to do is enjoy swimming which our family does almost daily!

I highly recommend Gunder for pool care services! He is professional, reasonably priced and, most of all, reliable. My pool always looks great!

I utilized this pool service for 3 weeks, as I had hired them to replace a previous pool service company who I did not feel were doing a good job with the filter cleaning. Coastal's Pool Care Owner quoted me a good price and we agreed on the weekly service.

All seemed ok until the rains came. In the past week, my pool went from crystal clear to green. Gunder (the owner, I believe) came out to my home and dumped some chlorine, no water test on a Thursday. He advised he would be back out on Saturday or Sunday, I agreed. The next day, Friday, the pool was greener.

I went to Leslie's Pool Supplies and had my water tested and had to spend $135 on chemicals to fix the pool

I then canceled my service via phone with Gunder, he was cordial, at first. I also advised him I had sent an email to cancel, just to ensure I covered all bases. The email thread below is all you need to know.

Beware, Only pick this place because my nephew recommended him. Very terrible customer service, and pool got green and when called to let him know, he literally ask me what I wanted him to do. I believe he over charged me, I paid $50 every two weeks for just chemicals. His website say less but when ask he said that was old charges and hasn’t changed it. False advertising! Then he sent me a email stating when he came out my pool pump wasn’t working and I needed some repairs. My pool pump was working so sent him an email asking if he had right customer, he stated yes. I explained that he was at my house that day as stated because you were here just a week ago and that wasn’t my service day and I didn’t receive a notice you were here. He and I proceeded to have several back and forth emails with him stating if I thought he was lying to arguments it was my house. I then decided I was done with his services and rudeness. I also accidentally doubled paid him and just told him I would use that for the next two weeks billing/ pool service which I never received because I terminated his services. I sent him 3 emails requesting my $50 payment for services that were never use and he has ignored all the emails. To this day I have not received my extra payment back. I’m a military spouse and husband is deployed and I truly believe he took advantage of that. I now have a family owned pool service that has been awesome. For $69 a month they do it all, clean pool, clean my filter, chemicals and check on equipment. I have never been so happy and can see the difference big difference from his services to the new place Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!
