Williams Air Solutions did an excellent job. Brian Williams the owner was professional, prompt and he gives great service. I highly recommend using his company.

So I called a number that I had for a different company. It turned out to be a technician that had worked for the previous company we had used, which had been bought out by someone else. But, luckily he said he could come and check our system. As soon as he walked in the door I remembered him. He was able to come the house that evening, diagnosed the problem gave us a temporary fix and the next afternoon came back and finished the job. I think the way he answered his phone sealed the deal, upbeat and happy! Thank you Andrew we appreciate you! Definitely will do repeat business if needed.

I can't say enough good things about Brian and his company!! Williams air solutions is the only A/C company that my husband and I use!! They have serviced both our home and our business on more than one occasion. Just recently we had to have both A/C units replaced in our business and each time it was a seamless process with the upmost professionalism and efficiency! Brian is a consummate professional. We are doing a new construction- basically, 3 different systems. Brian is handling everything very professionally ensuring me as the home owner am well taken care of. I am totally confident the design of the system is going to make my house frigid!
Brian has also serviced my warehouse systems and has always given great value without ripping me off when he absolutely could have and i wouldnt ever have known.
He has also swapped out he AC in my garage for a split unit which works great with and very pro all the way.

Beautiful, new, clean, properly installed duct work. House is much cooler and AC is not running constantly. Brian also helped us with a ductless unit for an add-on room on the house. Very satisfied!

We used Brian to properly vent the exhaust from our hood vent. He came in a timely manner, made sure to put down plastic under where he would be working and clean up afterwards. He set proper expectations and made sure we knew we would need to have a roofer scheduled to come as soon as he finished and worked around our roofers schedule. Absolutely the best A/C company we’ve worked with. Our previous A/C of 12 years was having issues last 2 years had a couple other companies come out see what to fix give quotes for coil leak add Freon to buy time to fix or replace then Xmas 25 it gave out. I called the day after for quotes from a few companies. They were willing even by text to discuss options. Brian was extremely knowledgeable, honest on work and prices. Able to reach by phone quickly. Once we decided what we wanted which was to replace vs fix which they would have done whichever we wanted. Within the same week a new AC was installed. Everyone was friendly, trustworthy and nice. Called the day after to discuss additional work to make our previous door bigger to get to for a filter change and they came the same day to complete. Very impressed all around, had the best fair price, not overcharged or price gouging, great employees Jeff, Andrew, Jose and took the time to answer questions. This is a gem of a company and wish more companies would follow suit nowadays. Plus logo has a great meaning.

I have been meaning to write a review for Williams Air Solutions since they replaced my AC and duct work in late November 2025. Brian and his team did a wonderful job. They were timely, organized, tidy, and very professional. Fast forward to Monday, February 16. I had an issue with the unit that needed to be addressed. I texted Brian at 630am and he had one of his technicians out to look at the issue by 10am. This response reinforced my positive opininion of Williams Air Solutions.
