I would never use this company ever again in my life. The tech that come out here instead of that being compassionate at the financial burden I was fixing to have to face he was rude and he did nothing but point and tell me what was wrong. He didn’t look at anything. He didn’t even try to do something to see if he could help the situation all he wanted to tell me is he had eight years of experience so I got a second opinion and it wasn’t even what they said was wrong with it and I got to got it taken care of by someone much nicer so if I could, I’d give this company a zero I would.

Ruiz plumbing is fantastic. Called last night about an issue and Israel came out this morning. He was able to get all of my leaks fixed. They come out will so many supplies, it was fast and easy! Fully recommend!!!!

Though they were very nice. I didn't know that they would not be cleaning up or patching the hole they created until after it was done. I paid 1800 for this mess. I'm so upset. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I didn't know anything about the work.

They were very professional, new what they were doing. They were on time. They work with me in giving, a price that was affordable. They clean after themselves. I was very impressed and I would used their services again. I highly recommend them.

Jose removed a broken water softener, replaced my water heater and put in a water cutoff valve. He came same day I called to diagnose my problems and returned first thing the next morning to complete the job. I was impressed with the quick response and communication.

Terrible service, Screamed at me, overcharged me. He is working under a contractor in Miami to do shoddy ac work. Charged me $6,000 for a $3,500 job. Still is not done properly. Has some kind of shady relationship with the county inspector to get signed off. Inspector refused to go under my home, signed off the work. Finally got a different inspector to come out and said the work is not done properly but since it was signed off we cannot make Ruiz come fix the work. He and his worker screamed at me, I am 83 with Parkinsons and widowed. BEWARE this man is a con!

On February 9, 2025 my Granddaughter was walking past where our water heater is located and heard water running. We live in Brookridge in a mobile home so we looked underneath and saw water pouring out. My husband called Jose and it was SuperBowl Sunday. He said it would cost $150 for his Son to come and look at it. Some back story Jose is what we thought was a friend of my husband. My husband had been in the hospital for 15 days had 2 code blue and had only been home 2 weeks. His son came and said he couldn’t do anything until morning. The water was turned off. Monday Jose said we needed a special water heater because of living in a mobile. It costs $1089.85. Funny thing the water heater box said Home Depot on it which sells for $538 plus tax. They also put in an upgrade to the electrical box. Then charged us $1375 to put the water heater where the previous one was which is on the outside of the house which is by the carport and easy access. The total bill $1089.85 water heater, $ 1375.00 labor etc and $985.75 electrical.
Total price was $3450.60 plus the $150.00. So getting a water heater from Ruiz Plumbing cost us $3600.60. That is what it costs to a friend. Better to do business with a stranger. Also that price was close to our one months Social Security. Also was here promptly at 8am came in our home had coffee and left at 12:30. Son didn’t arrive with water heater until 9:30. Over $450.00 per hour. Also your ad states 15% senior discount. Never given.

On April 7, 2025, I observed significant sagging in the ceiling and a water mark on the floor. I promptly contacted Jose from Ruiz Plumbing Industries, Inc., the company responsible for the installation.

Jose assured me he would be there the next day. However, he sent me a text that morning to let me know he couldn't make it and would need to reschedule for the following day. I understood the situation and confirmed the appointment.

On the rescheduled day, Jose informed me that technicians would assess the situation, and he would arrive an hour after their evaluation. When Isaiah and Jerry, the technicians, arrived, I guided them to the affected area. During their inspection in the attic, Jerry explained that the overflow tray had spilled due to a clogged drainage pipe, which caused the tray to tilt and resulted in water spilling into my drywall and insulation.

Isaiah vacuumed the excess water, and they proceeded to unclog the pipe. Unfortunately, while in the attic, Isaiah stepped in the wrong spot, creating a new hole in my ceiling. After checking the drainage line outside, Jerry indicated they had done what they could and that Jose would follow up to discuss next steps.

When Jose later called, he did not visit my home as indicated. He repeatedly suggested that the conversation would be difficult. He stated that he had never serviced my unit, requiring me to remind him that he indeed had. He insisted someone had “tampered” with it and claimed to have photos as evidence. He described various items found in the attic that his team supposedly did not leave behind, including paper, a soda can, tape, and noted that the sensor had been unscrewed and thrown a considerable distance from the handler and that his guys would never do that! I questioned how such damage could occur when no one else was up there besides his team. He said, “what do you want me to do!?!?” and that a rodent could not have done it.

After informing him that Jerry had told me the tray had tilted, Jose reacted rudely, saying, “Do you know how much that water weighs?! What do you expect?!?” Honestly, my expectation was that the tray should be securely fastened and not tilt.

The following morning, Jose didn’t show up and I still hadn’t received the photos he promised. He called in the afternoon, and I reiterated that if his technicians didn’t cause the damage, then it could only be due to a squatter or a ghost tampering with my A/C unit. He laughed, and said I hope that's not what you are thinking, but I remained serious about the situation. After more back and forth, he finally connected with Isaiah, who stated he sent me the pictures but then inaccurately read off a number that wasn’t mine. Jose grew frustrated and sent Isaiah my correct number so I could finally receive three pictures. Jose claimed to have more than three pictures but I wasn't provided with the additional photos.

Upon reviewing the photos, it was evident that none of them suggested tampering as alleged. While the sensor was lying in the insulation, I am left questioning whether this is a case of incompetence or an attempt to create more work for profit.

Jose quoted me $123 for the sensor, $267 for the switch (the switch was added on later, and not discussed initally), plus labor, totaling over $700. Yet, I found both the sensor and switch for just $10 each on Amazon.

Additionally, I noticed that the technicians left the drainage pipe pointing upwards, preventing any water drainage. If I hadn’t caught this, I would have faced the same problem again.

I don’t expect accountability from him or his technicians, as previous complaints indicate he often shifts blame. I’m confident he will try to turn this around to be my fault.

I’m very disappointed in the level of service I received.

I find myself in the position of addressing the errors made by his workers, as I have concerns about their ability to handle tasks in my home effectively.

Be cautious before choosing this company. They exploit the vulnerable and engage in deceitful practices!

Was having problems with the septic backing up and had originally called them out to snake the pipes. We had roots growing into the septic and all kinds of issues with the input to the septic draining, one thing just kept leading to the next. Jose and Isaiah were here 4-5 hours until they got my toilets and showers draining. They went above and beyond to fix my issue, highly recommend.

They did a fantastic job! It was easy to schedule online. They showed up as promised and did several jobs. I am very pleased with this company and will definitely use them again. Highly recommend. Honest trustworthy dependable.

Ruiz Plumbing was fabulous. Not only did I get a quick response to my 5AM online request for an appointment which was not an emergency need, but they arrived when scheduled, had my new garbage disposal on their truck and were very professional cleaning up after work. Also getting a complete explanation and cost for the project before even starting is greatly appreciated when living on retirement to know there will be no surprises to your budget. And finally I have to commend Ruiz Plumbing for having technicians who understand customer service and are excellent at their profession.

Mr Ruiz & his son are both professional hard working people. They do quality work and clean up after themselves. They may not be the cheapest option but well worth the price.

Jose's attention detail and customer care is outstanding. after tge Helene damage allplumbing had to be replaced and brought up to code. Jose handled all the County's issues and inspections ensuring our project is exactly what we wanted and up to code. He may charge a bit more, but the quality, integrity, and workmanship were well worth it. I love a contractor who takes pride in his work a d gets it right the first time!
