Arrived before scheduled appointment but called first to see if they could arrive early. Courteous and prompt scheduling and service. Excellent work. My new garbage disposal doesn't leak and I am finally able to use my kitchen sink again!

I live in a rural area and rely on a well for all my water. I had bought and installed a new pump, but couldn't get it to run. I called Ruiz Plumbing, and they were able to send a service tech. the same day, a Friday afternoon. Isiah was my tech, he diagnosed my problem and got me up and running. It was a new style Wayne pump, with lousy written directions, but Isiah was persistent and got it figured out. This is a family business that provides excellent service at a reasonable price. I would use them again, and highly recommend them.

I have engaged MANY MANY mechanical contractors (Yes, Ruiz does much more than just plumbing and HVAC work) and I must say that the Ruiz Team gets five stars all around.

It's great being able to speak to a experience plumber who takes the time to educate you on your job. Yes it's expensive and that's the hardest part of this project. But I like people not to beat around the bush explain the cost of cutting corners etc. as I wanna cry with my project at the same time I will no that it's done correct, up to code and I shouldn't have this issue again in years to come and that's comforting for me. We had a great experience with Ruiz plumbing! We ended up needing a lot of old/incorrect pipe fixed along with our hot water heater replaced. He was affordable, friendly, fast and it was done right. He gave us a small window of arrival time vs a 4-6 hour time frame, and was right on time. Highly recommend to anyone needing plumbing services!

Jose was super in the installation of our water heater. We had major issues with the house due to the elevation but he communicated with us continuously and even drove over 1 hr to meet with the City regarding the permitting requirements. He is dependable and very efficient. I highly recommend his company .

After a water line break, Ruiz plumbing answered my emergency call! Mr Ruiz found the leak, after digging and cutting roots up, and replaced the piping utilizing a more effecive layout and better materials. Give this company a call.

I had an emergency problem with my shallow Well pump. He had appointments all day, but made an emergency visit to help me because I had to leave to Georgia that evening.,

Mr. Jose was very nice. He was in the middle of a job when I called him going idk my son clogged the toilet last night dropping a load and didn’t tell me and it’s not unclogging 🤦‍♀️😅😂 he was here in maybe 40 mins fixed the issue in 10 mins tops and was very fair on his pricing ☺️😊

Great company. Came out and checked out my issue at the cheapest price I could find, when everyone else wanted 3 to 4 times that amount. Im happy with the work and would recommend.
