Constraction reviews in Boca Raton, Florida

Colony Construction Group renovated my very outdated master bathroom and to say I am in love would be an understatement. They were absolutely amazing to work with, Colin approached my project as if it were his own home. There is major value in hiring a licensed General Contractor in that we absolutely trusted him; he didn't cut any corners and all the work was done the *right* way. The attention to detail was above and beyond what I expected. He listened to what I wanted and discussed every detail. Colin and his entire team worked efficiently and professionally. These kinds of projects can usually cause a lot of anxiety for people like me who has a lot of questions/requests but not with Colin. He was responsive, answering emails and texts on evenings and weekends. I would highly recommend Colony Construction Group and will happily use them again in the future!!

In the remodeling business, it's really hard to find someone who gets the job done the way they promise. Colin at Colony Construction Group under-promises and over-delivers. Professional, on-time, and on-budget. If you're looking for a worry-free experience and great value, this is your guy.

Colin and company remodeled my bathroom and did an excellent job. My wife and I are very happy and will be using them for future projects.

Had my house remodeled. Heard some horror stories in the past about remodeling companies so was a little skeptical going in but Colin and his guys really exceeded my expectations. Great job. Knows the craft and most importantly RELIABLE. Would definitely recommend to anyone I know

Excellent company. They know what they are doing and get the job done right and on time. Highly recommend!

Trustworthy. Knowledgeable. What else do you need? Honestly, thank you Colony Construction Group and all you’ve done for us.

Unprofessional.

I recommend Senco for any and all of your construction needs. Jason, owner, has all the college degrees, but more importantly, he has years of hands on building experience. You should call him for any of your building needs. He is Fairly priced, but more importantly, does what he says he will do to get the job done. No surprises, asking for more money half way into the job!
He's a stand up guy and very professional!

Give Jason a call!

I had the pleasure of working with Lydia on a large home in Delray Beach that she was designing. As Painters, she made it very easy for us to complete the job on time. She had a clear vision, was very organized and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I look forward to working with her again in the near future. Thank you Lydia!

Personal attention to every detail. John and his team are truly ready to make it happen

Keep an eye out on costs. At first he will try and be reseanable then inflate the costs. He acts as the "sub" and contractor so double dips in the overhead and profit. Also delayed our commercial project.

Core construction is one of the most professional contractors I ever had nothing but class and courtesy

Rob and his crew are top notch guys. They pay attention to details. They go above and beyond. I will recommend them to family and friends.
