Constraction reviews in Boca Raton, Florida

We have used KG construction for renovation of our apartments and they have managed to renovate in extremely tight deadlines, while providing highest quality. They are very professional and have great team.

In my experience KG construction is one of the best companies I have worked with.
All renovations projects handled by them for my residence have been handled well- from initial planning to execution and completion. Everything has been done to complete satisfaction. Thank you KG construction!!

I can’t say enough great things about KG Construction and Restoration. They did complete remodels on my bathrooms and I couldn’t be anymore satisfied with how they turned out. The guys are very knowledgeable and professional in all aspects of their work and were always available when I had any questions or concerns. I highly recommend using this company…they do beautiful work!!

These guys are one of a kind! The work they do is impeccable an there professionalism is next to none. I could not have asked for a better experience overall. I was a little skeptical about remodeling because I am not to familiar with the industry but the owners made me feel comfortable moving forward with the process! Guess what ? They were right! The work an experience has just been amazing. Use them you will be completely satisfied!

KG construction (Armen and Jose) did a great job in renovating our entire condo (kitchen, 2 bathrooms, tile flooring, doors, dry bar). Would definitely recommend, competitive pricing and quality craftsmanship.

We have been renovating the inside and pool deck area of our house in West Palm Beach. Armen and Jose have been very helpful and delivered a first class job with high quality over the 12 months the renovation project was ongoing. I'm impressed with the project leadership and extraordinary communication skills. It is hard to find contractors that commit to a deadline and keep you updated on a daily basis about progress. I will continue to use KG Construction for small and large future projects. I have a lot of trust in both Armen and Jose - they deliver.

Armen was very easy to work with. His cabinet guy was in and out on a project in just a couple of days. They went above and beyond for us, and even upgraded our hardware free of cost after agreeing on quote. Very professional, quality work, and is great at communicating. Would highly recommend!

Armen and Jose with KG Construction, by far, are some of the best there are! They are honest, professional, efficient and extremely hard workers. They arrive as promised and on time, if not even a bit early. Remarkable in my experience. They communicated with us every step of the way so we knew what to expect and when. The quality of their work is superior. We’re Very Happy with the results.

KG construction did a magnificent job in renovating our condominium. The team takes great pride in their work. While we were remote during the renovations, KG construction kept constant communication on updates any changes and overall progress of the project. They worked with in the project budget and there were no surprises at the end. More importantly, there is a high degree of trust and honesty and working with KG construction. Again, being remote while the project was underway, Jose and Armen took on the project like it was their own home; with great pride of their work. We had and still have the upmost confidence in their construction capabilities not to mention their honesty and integrity. We feel very fortunate that we were able to partner with them on our condominium renovation. And I

KG Construction provided excellent service, design and materials for our total bathroom remodel. We asked them to update our circa 1979 condo bathroom, and with just a few parameters from us they created a modern spa-like space that we enjoy every day. They provided us with a few simple choices and took care of sourcing all materials. The end result is stunning both in appearance and quality of work. Even through these difficult times, they were able to coordinate with all the various inspectors and took care of our safety by ensuring all subcontractors followed mask and social distancing protocols. Jose and Armen provided us with regular status updates and communicated schedules clearly, and their congenial banter often made us feel like we were hearing the home improvement version of Car Talk. Every step of the way they made sure we were happy and did their best to make us comfortable while living in a construction zone. We couldn't be happier with the process and end result, and we have already asked them to take on other projects for us. Many thanks to KG Construction!

KG Construction worked with me on my Interior Restaurant Design project in Lake Worth Beach called Viva La Playa. Both Armen an Jose were very professional and easy to work with. I threw a lot of complicated things their way and they figured them all out. They helped completely renovate a very difficult space. The results say it all! I definitely look forward to using them on future projects.

If you are looking for a general contractor, your search is over. K&G construction just did a fabulous job building my new restaurant Verino‘s pizzeria a Grill in Ft. Lauderdale. It was a complete demolition to remodel project, and they nailed it. All their subcontractors were very professional, and did quality work. We have all dealt with contractors that never show up and don’t pick up their phones. K&G construction was on site every day and Jose and Armen was their for
me every time called.I recommend this company for any of your construction needs.

Nxtgen did amazing work at our house. We wanted to completely remodel the bathrooms as well as the kitchen, and add impact windows. Dane was able to get us a quote extremely fast and walked us through every step of the process perfectly. We couldn’t be happier with how everything came out and it was the best price/quote we got by far!

Amazing contractor!! Dane assisted me with adding a new addition bedroom for my new baby and then protecting that room with impact windows and doors!
Highly recommended!
