I reached out for a standard deep cleaning and tile/grout service, which is exactly what this company advertises. After multiple emails, providing all requested details (including a video of the property), they still refused to commit to the job without giving a clear reason. Instead of a simple yes or no, they wasted my time with vague responses and unnecessary delays. If you’re looking for a company that’s upfront and efficient, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.
