I moved into a condo that needed a deep cleaning, top-to-bottom. I contacted Carvalho's. The scheduling was easy. The crew arrived on time and worked tirelessly. They cleaned everything thoroughly, including cabinet shelves, inside of drawers, and on top of the refrigerator. The washer and dryer and patio needed special attention and they did that. Extremely well. I could not be happier with the service or results. And for a fair price. I highly recommend Carvalho's.

As always, we were very happy with our window and balcony glass cleaning. It was easy to schedule, and looked great upon completion.

Just wow. Worth every single penny. Daniela was amazing and the sweetest. The amount of detail from the folded towels to the bed being made. Everything in the house is spotless, couches; floors, showers, and appliances. I will be scheduling a cleaning once a month, can’t imagine not after using this service.

Great cleaning service! After my mom passed I needed someone to clean my families home. They were very detail oriented and did an amazing job for a reasonable Price. The house was a mess and they took the weight off our shoulders to start fresh. I would recommend them to anyone in the area!

I'm rating it 3 stars because the cleaner did a wonderful job on my apartment overall. I recently moved back to South Florida and am trying to find a good monthly cleaning company. I booked for a deep cleaning on my 2/2 (minus the bedrooms) and the cleaner did a great job. The deep cleaning included the fridge and freezer, however upon checking the freezer was not touched and parts of the fridge. I reached out to notify the company and added that I wanted to move forward with a routine monthly cleaning, however the freezer was not cleaned. They offered to send the cleaner out (who lives an hour away) the next day and I mentioned that, not only would that not work with my schedule but that on my next cleaning can the freezer be included since it was missed this time. I received a reply informing that would be an additional cost, I believed there may have been a misunderstanding so I reiterated that next cleaning just to include the freezer since it was missed. I received another reply informing me that would be an additional cost, and at this time it is after 7pm and I informed it was too late to go back and forth, that I wanted this corrected and good night. I did not receive a follow up, nor was it made right. The cleaner did a great job besides that but the lack of accommodations or care as a first time customer who also referred my neighbor is part of the reason why I would not recommend nor do business with this company again.

The online service was great the person who make my appointment friendly and collaborating in anything I ask for , BUT the girls she send me was a deception , I supposed to pay for a post renovation cleaning service . Honestly was barely clean , bathrooms still with the caulk in the borders , cabinets no clean , they don’t bring any machine or ladder . Poor clean for the service I ask . I have to hire another company to finish the job . Maybe for normal cleaning service would be great but professional like a post renovation, I don’t recommend.

I saw the many recommendations for Danielly and her team. I reached out via the website to request an appointment. Danielly was very prompt at reaching out to me. We discussed the process over the phone and I scheduled my first deep clean. I am extremely satisfied with the results and look forward to continuing my regular cleaning with them. They were on time, paid attention to detail, and were very pleasant. Would recommend.

Danielly and her team were highly recommended by a friend and I'm so glad I found them! I had been using a cleaning service that was fine but they just didn't go above and beyond for me. They were always in a hurry to get done. I have a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with a large patio area. They were usually done cleaning within an hour and a half! I was done with them after the last service when I wiped my floor with a damp cloth after they left and it was filthy. I don't think they even mopped and it was in a high traffic area. I promptly fired them and hired Spotless. The first service with Danielly's team was more than impressive. I asked for a deep cleaning and I can tell you that after they were finished my house was so clean the floors squeaked. My house finally looked sparkling clean and smelled clean for the first time in a long time. Danielly took the time to explain the cleaning service plan for my home. She gave me tips and advice on how to maintain my home in between services. After they were done she took me around the house to show me what they had done. They even cleaned my patio! Excellent housekeeping service. We reside in a 3-level townhome in Boca Raton. Danielle was great to work with for a (long overdue) deep cleaning of our unit. Danielle was extremely responsive, walked me through a quote by phone, and then we had an appointment scheduled for the following week. The team was easy to work with and excellent with their communications. They did an amazing job with our space and also cleaned the balcony very nicely. It has not looked like this in years. Overall fantastic service and they earn their 5 star reviews!
