Poor service….. what kind of cleaning is this? spraying chemical directly on the carpet, nothing in spray!! liquid that stained the entire carpet

Here is a video of our maintenance company, Gold Mntc , pouring what seems to be a deodorizer on the carpet and down the trash chute. We just paid to have all the carpets cleaned in the building and now they are pouring a deodorizer, which will soak into the carpet. I wonder how they do their other cleaning?

Gold is doing a superb job of cleaning at my condo association (3 large buildings with 149 units on six acres). The cleaning crew is great - friendly and responsive and always on time. The quality control by Gold is just as good - reporting with descriptions and pictures of what they cleaned (with notes for any additional cleaning and maintenance that may be needed). Professional and friendly (a rare combination) and very service oriented. 5 STARS!
