You’ll notice 6 months they were top notch and doing good work, a few hours after my review 4-5 customers randomly hop on to give 5 star reviews? Seems worth considering. We have used 5 star professional for over a year, had the original people who had cleaned our place remained we probably continued to use them. The last 2 teams left early and still billed us the full amount of time, they didn’t clean the tub well or dust the tops of furniture. After the first team it was suggested we have a list, we produced one and it was not followed. Finally, I go on vacation and I am now getting emails about small claims court. Our previous arrangement was to pay monthly. Luckily, I have found better quality cleaning price for less than the $150 I used to pay + I can get my windows and entire house cleaned using the Handy app.

We were recently both stricken with health issues and could no longer do our housecleaning. We were more than pleased with Valerie coming to our rescue and sending over Giselle who did an exceptional job on our home. I think she cleaned better than we ever did. We appreciated her so much. It helped us feel better in our recovery from our health issues and we are going to have her come every two weeks now on. We highly recommend their service and say that they live up to their name of 5 stars!!!!!

I was referred this company by a friend and he was absolutely right. They clean my house twice a month and always they do a great job. The couple who cleans my house are very friendly and always on time. The price is very good as well. I definitely recommend this company for everyone! A+ for sure!! 👍😀

I had one complaint only and they took care of it right away !
They will do everything you ask for; from cleaning and vacuuming furniture, windows , blinds , chandeliers, outside and inside the cabinets, all kitchen wares that were inside and dusty were hand cleaned....
I strongly recommend them ..

My home was the dirtiest its ever been. We had a complete remodel in our Master Bath along with Master Bedroom Plus the fact that I'm now 75 and cannot do it all anymore. Valerie runs a professional business and hires the best in professional cleaners. The two ladies did a phenomenal job cleaning my 3 bedroom/2 bath, living room, kitchen, dining room, and utility room. My windows have never been cleaner. I feel blessed that I choose this business and look forward to having them twice a month. I highly recommend 5 Star Cleaning, you will not regret. Your home will sparkle.

I recently used 5 Star to clean my home. Two lovely ladies were prompt and pleasant. They did a great job of cleaning and I'm a bit picky. They took the time necessary to do a through job and I will be using them on a recurring basis. I find their price to be reasonable compared to other cleaning services I've used.
