JJL Cleaning Services is the best cleaning company we have ever used! They are professional and have top notch cleaning employees! Lia and her company are amazing!

Hired JJ Cleaning to do a small unit, deep clean. I asked her what a “deep” cleaning involved she said fans, baseboards, slide doors, windows from inside, blinds, vacuum, mopping, dusting, bathrooms..Everything was her response. When I got to the unit it was dark and raining..looked ok, however went the next day and there was a lot not done that was supposed to be. I text her letting her know I was disappointed, dust on refrig, grease on stove, cabinets not wiped down, spider webs not removed, baseboards filthy. Her response was “we did our best”. Didn’t offer to come back, will NEVER use them again or refer this company.

The staff is very friendly and reliable. Good communication from the owner in case a schedule change is necessary. They come every other week and leave the house sparkling.

They did a very nice job at my condo in Florida.

We have been using JJL Cleaning Services for about 3 years. We are happy with their work and attitude. We highly recommend them.

It’s a sad day when I have to clean up after the cleaning lady leaves. Twice the shower water was left on after she had left. 3 times they turned on my stove top cleaning the dials and left them on! Apparently the red light means nothing to them. They never did master mopping the floors. I would go after them with any cleaning product and paper towels. Every time the paper towels would come up grey and dirty. It’s definitely not rocket science to turn everything off after it was cleaned.

Just wanted to say how much we love love love Katarina and this amazing company! We had construction going and many people in the house and she is just amazing! Don't know what we would do without this company and Katarina! The way this company pairs you with the best employee for the home is OUTSTANDING!

I have been using JJL Cleaning Services for sometime now and I must say that I am impressed each time of the thorough cleaning, their expertise and professionalism they display. In my opinion this is one of the best cleaning service companies in Florida and I highly recommend them.

I had this company in specifically to do the inside of my appliances and when I went to use my oven clearly the oven cleaning spray was not wiped clean and the fumes were burning off in the air and the oven was left with a thick residue. This company is extremely unprofessional and left me to have to clean after paying have their company provide this service. The girl did take pictures when she was finished however, she put back the baking rack which obstructed the view of seeing that the residue from the oven cleaner was still there. She sent me a couple of her pictures however if you zoom in on hers you can clearly see the residue. Instead of sending somebody back for 15 minutes just to wipe it out, she opted to be extremely unprofessional and tell me she would not send anyone back at all. Mind you I had used the service the week before and I gave the girl a $20 tip even though she did not get to the oven or frog as originally agreed. The second cleaning which was to only encompass the oven inside and out, the refrigerator inside and out, and both bathrooms. Again, this was after I was told it would be done at the first cleaning and I was being charged extra for it, they failed to complete the agreed-upon tasks for the agreed-upon price. As if I would re-spray my oven after it was just cleaned? Additionally, I never asked back for one penny, just for them to come takeoff the residue and complete the job I paid for so I could cook in my oven. 100% dissatisfied. Use any other cleaning service, but not this one!!
