They did an excellent job for us. We finished construction and it was a mess. They were able to get rid of the construction dust and make everything pretty. Would definitely recommend their service.

I have been using their services for more than 5 years and always felt like I have to work and teach the girls how to work properly. They try to work around the surface areas and always complain about how hard they work and how poor they are being paid for cleaning. Each week they will send you a different girl, and you will find yourself explaining everything that needs to be done all over again . They will put you on the schedule and notify you that they have to cancel an hour before your appointment.
Do yourself a favor and find a different, professional cleaner company to work with. Also they are supper expensive!

Pleasure to use, since first contact. We enlisted this company’s services for an interior deep cleaning and exterior pressure washing. Every request I made was met with 0 resistance. I recommend this company without hesitation.

From the first contact the wonderful people at JJL have gone above and beyond in our home cleanings. JJL Cleaning Service really amazed me. I was scheduled quickly. Informed then that I wouldn't be home, but my roommate will. I came home to house that looked like a Fancy Hotel. From the way towels was done on the towel rack, tissue in the tissue box and fancy stamp on the toilet tissue. The bed was made with the sheets turned back. And tucked in really good. It smelled very fresh walking in. Very easy to keep up with in between the weeks they come. What turn out to be a once a month, became every other week. That's how much I appreciate JJL Cleaning. Oh they are very affordable and reasonable.

Highly recommend! Adriana does a wonderful job and is so pleasant to be around. I'm comfortable leaving her in my home or having her there when I'm out of town. She's the best!

Lia was really friendly and receptive as soon as I called to ask about pressure cleaning my roof and driveway, they were able to send someone and give me an estimate the same day. And Marcos, who did the cleaning was really thorough and efficient, he arrived exactly when he said he would and went above and beyond to make sure the house was clean. After years of using jjl (4+) they started sending a different girl each week. Staff was turning over a lot. I had the same one for at least a year PRIOR to this change.. Then we parted ways because I asked if we could start 1/2 hour later than my normal cleaning time due to the new school year starting and my drop pff schedule would not allow me to be back home in time before 9 am. They refused and were not at all flexible. They weret rude and were dismissive and they didn't care about losing me as a customer.

I highly recommend this company.My husband and I are both disabled and have some pretty serious health issues. Our apartment looked like a war zone and we needed help. This company is amazing. It took a few visits to clean everything, but our apartment now looks like we just moved in. JJL Cleaning Services is very reasonably priced in my opinion. They were always on time, polite and responded very quickly to text. They were a dream to work with ( I was in the hospital each time they came) and my husband was very very pleased with their work. Avoid! Avoid!
We used them a few times for our townhouse and things were fine but used them to do a "move in" clean for a new house we bought. We paid extra to clean a completely empty house and I honestly think they only mopped the floors. No cabinets were clean, baseboards and doors were disgusting, window sills were filthy and a bathroom that had stuff dripping down the was were left atrocious! After sending pics and telling the owner there was no accountability and a $10 credit was given and my pregnant wife and I had to clean the whole house ourselfs after paying hundreds to have them "clean".

Great team of cleaners. They were on time, very courteous and did a fantastic job with very little direction from me. Will definitely use their service Again!!
