Prime One was prompt, efficient, and knew exactly what to do, and did it. They even replaced my 6 year old thermostat, that I never liked, with a new Ruud model that I like better.
Raphael and his people were a pleasure to do business with. And when he originally checked out my system he immediately recognized that the builder Bella Homes, who bought the property, gutted and remodeled the house and added 1,100 sq.ft. BUT HE NEVER ADDED MORE AIR CONDITIONING which was the reason for my issues. The two other Air Conditioning Companies who sold me yearly contracts could never figure out the problem, but Raphael Perez solved the problem.

Prime Air is a very solid company. They worked on the air conditioning at my business a few times and always fixed every problem that randomly happened with my AC. The workers always treated me with respect and always took care of my AC. Also their prices are always reasonable! The employee arrived 45 minutes late even though I had requested an earlier appointment so I can meet my obligations at work. He refused to cut two inches off the incoming pipe despite having agreed with the owner that it would be done. I thought he was going to be more creative with procedure but just put pipe and elbow together
