I called and within 3 hours they had someone out to my house. Got my AC back working and cooling down. So nice and helpful, quick and honest!

The customer service was great!
They came out in less than an Hour on A Sunday Morning.
George the technician was great, he had my house back and cool in minutes.

My A/C was leaking and the owners of my apartment said they would send someone out on Monday. BUT Miguel from Broward Air Conditioning came out the same day which was Saturday and saved the day. Miguel was super nice, understanding and fixed the issue effortlessly. I am forever grateful for him and the fact me and my daughter can sleep with A/C tonight.

Would not use this company ever again! Company charged me almost 200 saying they replaced a piece when they didn’t. The tech confirmed the piece was just cleaned not replaced. When I spoke to the lady on phone, she stated replacing and cleaning was the same thing. I told her it sure wasn’t. Tech was in and out in 20-30 min. They Acted like they were doing me a favor. And mind you they did no do that withmy consent and just charged me after the fact. How do u charge someone 200 extra then the price stated without asking if the tech should move forward what if I did not have the money what would they have done done? Put a lien on my home or try to anyway? They should have told me before hand and asked if that was ok before doing and charging. Lady on the phone was unreal and very unprofessional. Highway robbery. I will be filing with the state.

I had a wonderful experience with them. They came out the same day for a quote on a new 3 ton ac and the guy who came out was very pleasant. The next day two guys put in my brand new ac and I'm so happy and thankful how quickly everything was done. The office personnel was very helpful
polite and made everything go so smoothly.

Now a year later I've had problems with my ac and they have been called out to fix a ac unit twice because ac was installed wrong . First problem was the wiring problem and at that time I told ac tech the heat was not working either. This year was our coldest in years south fl got down to the 30°s. I've been contracting this for a week to fix ac heat, they keeping saying they are going to come out. Until my latest call when I was notified and told they no longer service my area and I was told they are busy with other customers having to same issue.
The sad part is I referred my parents to this same company while was working and they have had the same issues. Im an disabled veteran who has alot of health problems thar worsened in colld weather living in house in freezing temperatures. I would not recommend this company.

A/C was not cooling, called just before 10 AM and Marley had a technician at the house by 11AM. Miguel did a great job and was done by 12:30. Highly recommend!

Very professionals and quick response. I think $350 for 10 min work cleaning the AC drain it was a little expensive but I guess they charge and extra fee for the urgency

They forgot I made an appointment and only realized after I called, then showed up two and a half hours later changed a 30 dollar piece and charged me 300 dollars. They guy that showed up was nice and it seemed like he knew what he was doing but the lady over the phone is another story.

We contacted this company for ac service on 2/13. We were given a time for service of 1 pm but they did not show until 5 pm. An estimate was given for approximately $600 for repairs. Repairs were authorized and completed. When we received our credit card statement not only was the estimate charged but the next day an additional $2400 was charged to the account. When we contacted Broward they told us that they are having difficulty reversing the charge. We have now contacted our credit card company for resolve. Be weary of this company in making appointments and for giving credit card information.

Called and person on phone said the technician would be here in 20 minutes. Then proceeded to tell me they will be here between 5:00 to 7:00. Still haven’t heard from the technician. Stop telling people a timeframe if the technician isn’t going to show up.

Have called them whenever I’ve had an issue. Back when I moved into this apt the A/C didn’t work well , I called and they came out and replaced thermostat and contractor. Then just recently it got real cold and the heat would not come on and kept giving me an error code. They had to replace the actual control board. Miguel was fabulous.

Great service! Couldn't ask for a more honest and complete service. Called at noon, Miguel showed up a few hours afterwards and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He had all the necessary replacement parts even the fan for my outdoor unit. No need to run to the hardware store to buy parts. Left the unit running perfectly.

I had called another a/c company before I called Broward Air Conditioner. The other company gave me a quote to look for the leak in my account, another quote for labor and another quote to put the coolant in. The total came to almost $5000.00. I called Broward a/c, they charged me less than half that amount. They came within an hour on the same day. Very polite and professional. When I spoke to Monica over the phone she made me feel special and was very concerned about my problem. She made me feel good. I would recommend this company any time
