I bought a new house knowing it needed a lot of work - air conditioning/plumbing. After getting quotes from other companies I thought I had made a huge mistake. That was until I came across Broward AC & plumbing. Not only were they extremely professional and honest, but they gave me the best deal by a mile. They do fantastic work. Best people to deal with all around! Highly recommend!!!

They came in and did exactly what we asked for and correctly. The estimate I got for my unit was on the nose and they did not charge a dime extra. They're also about a grand cheaper than everyone else on the market. Andres, Miguel, and especially Cristian all did an excellent job on the install and exceeded expectations.

Samuel came out after hours and worked tirelessly to fix my AC. He worked for hours to get it fixed late into the night. Monica was super friendly too.

I was happy with the repair but I called when my ac stopped working again and the phone agent really handled us poorly. Rude and lied for days about when they were coming. Guaranteeing they were coming so we stayed home and no one ever came.. I finally called and spoke to a manager. They were great and took care of us. Edan was great and Tech Miguel is great.

SUCH BAD EXPERIENCE NEVER AGAIN
Their technician that checked this unit yesterday, came back to pick up some tools he had forgotten, and mentioned he made a temporary repair; that repair will not last, since the coil is aluminum and cannot be soldered.
THEY CHARGE $1200 FOR THIS TEMPORARY REPAIR WITH NO INVOICE AND NO WARRANTY AS PROMISED

The told me it was a $850+. Fix and I said let me think about it they said it was a major repair it was only a fuse box they also unplugged major components that he said he put back do not recommend it’s not a honest place they say “free” inspections then say how if you don’t do it with them because they are scamming that you are a big time waster will NEVER recommend to any one

This is such a reliable company! Everytime I call, they arrive very quickly and get the job done. They are very fair and reasonable with prices.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! I would give them ZERO STARS but that is not an option. They will probably be the cheapest but it is NOT worth it! I will list a few things to consider:
1) Their salesman, Marley, will NEVER accept responsibility for mistakes his company made. He is also the worlds worst listener.
2) The made a mistake on my installation and wanted to charge me $800 to fix their mistake! They do NOT stand behind their work!
3) They do NOT have a license to install HVAC systems in Florida. Their license was revoked 06/30/1992. You can look it up at MyFloridaLicense.com.
4) I had to pay $700 to fix their faulty installation.
5) Since they are unlicensed they CANNOT file for a Building Permit, although they did try to charge me $700 to do it. I had to file for my own permit and fix the issues myself.
6) Their faulty installation cost me dozens and dozens of hours of fruitless aggravation after allowing Broward Air Conditioning to install my new HVAC system. I am SO SORRY I ever hired them. DON'T DO IT!!!
