They just replaced 1 of my units that we have been nursing for years. Great job and provided service for the 1st year. Have always used their service and annual maintenance. Every 6 months they are at the house making sure both units are running great. Also recommended the UV lights which are really great. They came to me as highly recommended, local business that is family owned for 2 generations. Would highly recommend.

We have used So. Fla. Air. for 36 years and have been extremely happy with them. The quality of their employees and response to my concerns is fantastic. Along with quality product their employees are very knowledgeable. My technician Matt is excellent. Punctual, knowledgeable and very responsive to my concerns.
I would recommend them highly.

Austin F came out and inspected my unit and told me exactly what was going on with it, He researched the unit and found it was under warranty , they ordered the parts and when it came in he replaced the fan motor , cleaned up the unit area. Showed me what went wrong explained what I needed to do for future homeowner maintenance and got everything set up properly. I would highly recommend this business and especially Austin.

They recently installed a new air conditioner in my condo and a crane came out to lift the exterior portion of it onto the roof. It went great. They are professional, courteous and reliable. They made me feel like a valued customer.

Bad service. We thought something was wrong with our AC since the air is not very strong so we called them, we were not in a rush, just want to schedule an appointment ahead. But they insist on coming on Sunday that day right away. We changed our plan so they can come.

They came and change our filter, saying nothing else was wrong. Then asked me for $98 for the work and traveling fee. When my brother came to pay they asked him for $145! I heard and came asking why increase from $98 to $145, they said okay okay $98 then. What a joke of a service when you only change an air filter. Never ever again.

Great experience! SF AC was on point from our emergency repair on a Saturday to the final recommended upgrade. We even signed up for the annual maintenance. Our AC stooped on a Saturday and we were back up and running within a couple hours. Followed up Monday for the recommended part. Patti and Katty, in the office, were super friendly and helpful. Spoke with Jason as well and he answered all my questions with detail. Rich was our technician. He was punctual and professional. Very happy - highly recommend!

I interviewed several AC company's. By far, South Florida Air had the most integrity. Did several calculations & did not try to oversell. No high pressure. They are family owned and have been in business for years! Their staff are all full time employees and they don't use sub contractors. Highly recommend!

The service Tyler provided was amazing. He was professional, thorough and very clean while doing his job and left our place very orderly. He took care of the problem promptly and answered any questions we had. We were very pleased and so confident with his abilities that we signed up on the spot for the their annual service program.

I have been using SFA for over 20 years. Love their support. We have moved three times. Everyone who has serviced my a/c and appliances have been top notch. Katy who handles my renewals, etc, is the best. Most recently Edwin serviced our A/C and he noted that the setting was wrong on our Ecobee's...wrong size of A/C was noted so it provided too much humidity. He changed it! Some other company had installed the Ecobees. It totally changed the cooling completely...now every room cools properly, quickly and perfectly. Thank you Edwin and thank you Steve!

Based on our outstanding experience I highly recommend South Florida Air Conditioning for any AC needs. From our initial call for service to the final installation of our new unit every individual we interacted with was professional, courteous, respectful and very accommodating which was so important because we had a very tight timeline to resolve our AC issue.
Our initial service call was handled by Rousseau who definitely went above and beyond to get our AC running that evening. Since we knew we were on borrowed time with this unit we asked about purchasing a new system. Rousseau was very thorough in explaining all the details regarding price and installation. We decided to move forward with a new unit but had a really tight timeframe. That's when Stephen stepped in and was able to schedule a time within our needs. Also, John N. did a great job handling our HOA forms and permit needs. His patience is really admirable!
Finally, the installation technicians including Alex were outstanding. Their skills were excellent and their level of respect for our home was greatly appreciated.

What an incredible experience from start to finish. Unlike multiple other AC consults that lasted 15 - 30 minutes and were superficial, Steve came out on a Friday at the end of the day and spent an hour and a half evaluating our home, mapping the AC and duct system, to determine what our home needed to resolve the AC issues we’d had for years.

It was an elaborate project but we felt incredibly confident in hiring them. The team, led by Rudy, was effective, efficient, and professional. They worked in sync from early morning till end of day… what a well-oiled machine. We could not have been happier with the installation of a new unit, new duct work, and new returns. It’s like we are living in a new home. Everyday I am thankful we hired them. It was a game changer in our quality of life. I can’t imagine using anyone else.

Not that I was thrilled to have to spend what we did on the replacement Carrier unit for our apartment yesterday but in spite of it I wanted to let you know that we appreciate the attention you gave our job and the fact that you were able to get this done in a matter of days and not weeks. had a new unit installed from the attic to the garage, transition went perfect, can't thank the crew enough, the crew cleaned up after and I noticed a few pieces of the a/c left behind collected them and had a idea that these parts would work on my classic 79 mark v , my sunvisors would fall down a s I drove, this was a rubber piece from The a/c that was installed , it worked on the car like it was meant to be there, only problem I only had one and needed two, well I reached out to the company and they though I must be a nut, asking for something that doesn't exit, the receptionist went back to the offices to see if there was anybody who could help me well there was his mane is Jason , and he knew what is was he made a phone call to his brother and by the next day he came in person to give me that other piece, I can't even to this day believe what has happened that was a chance of a life time ,No other company like South Florida Air , can come close to the service and help to there customers I want to thank them all I can for there help, still can get over this. dont wast you time looking for a new a/c go to them you will be pleased at there service, this isa needle in the haystack that was found . thanks to Jason. from a happy camper James
