Again what a HELP ! Emergency call showed up within 12 hours of the following day identified it was a electrical issue not a HVAC recommended an electrician came out within an hour that doesn’t happen anymore nowadays thank youuuuuuuu, xoxoxo

M& R installed our AC units 5 years and have been servicing them. They are very responsive and always available to help with any problems. We usually have the same person come for service and repairs, Kyle. He is a true professional in terms of his demeanor and knowledge and skill in working on our hvac system.

These guys are great. Super responsive, super knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. They did amazing work on a very complicated problem (caused by a builder) and when they were done, everything worked EXACTLY as they said it would.

Kyle is the BEST!!! Very thorough, courteous, on time, and on time!

I'd like to add Marlon and Kareem to the technicians that serviced my unit, they went above and beyond the call of duty, cleaned everything and took their time to make sure everything was running perfectly. Really appreciate this company's commitment to customer service!!

I called M&R and they sent somebody out within a few hours. His name was Kyle and he diagnosed an issue within 30 minutes that my previous air conditioner company could not diagnose in three weeks. The previous company was air around the clock so I fired them and I hired M&R not only for my place, but my sisters and my son‘s place as well that’s hiw good they are. I’m so thankful For sending somebody out right away and for sending a competent technician that was able to diagnose the problem.

Punctual and courteous as always.
They came to replace an old unit that was malfunctioning within one day.
It runs smoothly and is quieter than our old unit.
The technicians cleaned up after themselves nicely.
We have used them for about a year for maintenance and some minor repairs. Their office calls back with updates and notified us once they are on their way.
We were with Coolbear before which was a complete disaster for several years with nothing but excuses. This company is well run and very professional. They send out the same technician who actually seems to care about his line of work.
I can only recommend them.

The company responded quickly to our emergency of having no AC on a hot June day, at our offices. They diagnosed the problem and were very thorough in rectifying the problems. We use M&R to maintain and service our 5 handlers at our offices and have been very pleased with the quality, neatness and response.

Price was fair. Stephen was extremely knowledgeable , accommodating in answering questions, addressing concerns and looking at alternates. M&R did a lot of work in the building and was able to made arrangements for installation for us. Arrived for installation when they said they would. I was not present during installation, but occupants told me it was very efficient, the crew was competent and everything went smoothly. Everything was neat and clean when they left. I have no regrets using M&R would highly recommend them.

It would have been nice, 1) If I got a call when your man called in sick and you weren't making the delivery. 2) If I got a call when you were making the redelivery try, since we were not in town and had to have a neighbor go and pick it up when I realized that your man had gone through our gatehouse.
