Replaced my aging HVAC system. I feel like the air is cleaner already after having the old mildew box, vents, etc replaced. Did a fantastic job, great crew, and the garage area is cleaner than when they started! Very trustworthy company.

I had an emergency AC issue on an extremely hot day, and I’m so grateful for the quick and professional service I received. Alejandro was the technician who came out—he was fantastic! He quickly diagnosed the problem and completed the repair efficiently. Thanks to him, I was able to enjoy the rest of the weekend in cool comfort. Highly recommended!

Horrible company, customer service, and hvac service. I wouldn’t piss on this company if it was on fire. Service and management doesn’t call back or follow up. The first tech “fixed” our unit and then we proceeded to have power surges for 2 hours. The tech claimed FP&L must be working in the area which they were not. AC unit went out again the following day. Pathetic business.

Regarding palm air - Always Request technician’ MOE for your AC Service or maintenance! He is very knowledgeable and honest. But more importantly, he listens to your concerns and goes beyond the call of duty. So this review is really for Moe. Because it really does depend on who u get.

I was very pleased with the expeditious response from Mr. Michael D. Foe my ac emergency. After extensive troubleshooting he thawed my unit and gave me the diagnosis. I appreciated his professionalism and honesty and would refer to palm aire for any f future needs.

Roger was very professional and very nice. Gave some great advice and we use them again anytime. He did a great job.

Ryley was my tech, very professional, took the time to explain ac maintenance after completing the tune up, also left me with information with some options for when I was ready to purchase a new Ac since my unit is older. overall was very pleased and would recommend in the future

Jesse was amazing. Was very nice and reliable, got everything fixed on a last minute call on a Saturday at 6 pm!!!! I would definitely recommend and will use Jesse in the future !

I had three visits from Snyder Air Conditioning Plumbing and Electric within two consecutive days. I reported my air conditioning problem around 4 pm and they arrived early the next morning (wow!). The service provided by each technician was excellent. The third, Mike Kertesz, was exemplary. He arrived at the end of his workday to deal with an unexpected issue. He was kind, patient, understanding and oh so helpful! He displayed superb 'people skills', spoke highly of his coworkers, and went above and beyond in resolving the situation for me, all with infectious positivity. His outstanding service is worthy of commendation, motivating me to write this rare public review. Snyder Air provided fast, competent and reliable care and I highly recommend them!

Palm Air not only the best in the quality, professional technicians and premium equipment they sell and service but what I need to add is that the correspondence in making appointments, following up and giving eta on day of service is so important to us to make everything flow with confidence and updates. We had technician Nick on August 17th 2022 in Delray Beach to test, and found the issue with our system which was defective fan motor in air handler. He located replacement part nearby, left to pick up and kept in touch with us to reassure he will get back soon as possible. He did and called with eta. Hoping I have his name correct to give proper credit that's why I stated location. In addition we can't express enough that wifi thermostat, in our case Ecobee, notifications were excellent as we were out of town for a bit but planned return to take care of our system. Worth the 10 year warranty on the system. Paid for itself in just 1 repair and worth wifi thermostat for continuous monitoring. All around such great experiences and awesome staff. Have spread the word to families and friends already. Thank you all at Palm Aire and God Bless.

Tech. Chris J. came and within minutes found leaking drainpipe broken elbow. See pictures *
Chris located, showed us the problem, repaired the issue today and arranged for follow-up motor and Ecobee Thermostat replacement. He took pictures of all areas and safely left us with a good temp. setting.
He is a professional with great standards and motivation. Chris treated us with utmost respect and quick follow-up paperwork.

October 24th 2025,...Jeffrey T. arrived around 12:30pm with new Evaporator Coil. (Riley and his partner located leaking Evaporator Coil on first visit 10/22/25), part was ordered and Snyder/Palm Air expedited for us. They called next day with part ready and scheduled for today, 10/24/25.
Ok so, Jeffrey did incredible replacement job. He removed old E.C., installed new one, stress tested all equipment and was getting great temperature of 57° coming out of vents. He cleaned up everything, waited for temperature to get cooler, readjusted Ecobee thermostat and cool down began. Excellent job.
The ladies managing the calls, dispatch and mtce. info were "All" so pleasant and accommodating with professional with follow up and support. Hoping we remember each of their names, Viviana, Michelle, and Chantilly. We thank you all in this repair process. God Bless
