I have used this company for over 20 years. They are just great. Last Sunday, I wake up to no air. I call them at 8am. The came by 9am and air is back on by 10am. The part needed was on the truck. The M&R Representative who came was no longer an on call field tech. I recognized Dave because he has been with M&R for over 20 years. He responded because he was close by!! Great people!!

MICHAEL and his technicians were outstanding. They were very conscientious of the surroundings laying tarps on the floor to not scratch or dirty the floors they actually wipe the walls and the doors that they touched. They took all their trash amazing I will be utilizing them for all my service calls, because their attention to detail and cleanliness was top-notch

This was the most amazing install I ever had. We had changed all the ducks out. Thank God we did they were a disaster. They did an amazing job . We also placed a 4 ton air conditioning unit. The team was so professional and it was probably one of the happiest days I’ve had in a long time, knowing that I’m gonna have to clean air. We’ll clean air ducts, and then with no mold. Etc. or health is the most important thing and breathing clean air is even more important without contamination. Thank you again for all these wonderful man who worked in entire day to make our house safe again. God bless your whole team.

Excellent Service and knowledgeable mechanics. This was my first time using M&R for my yearly maintenance. So far, so good!

Dennis from M&R was my technician. He came for a simple PM but I let him know I had a few issues and he took the time to fix everything. He went above and beyond to make sure the problem was solved and that I was satisfied. Definitely recommend.

Their service was excellent and they were right on time. Marcelo was very efficient and professional, very good company.

The service from the technicians was wonderful. The new installation for my A/C system was performed by technicians who were very experienced. Michael, the owner of the company, redesigned the airflow handler, and now I’m getting colder air blowing through the vents in the back bedrooms. I’m very pleased, and highly recommend them to you.

M & R is an excellent choice for HVAC services in Palm Beach County. They helped us earlier this year when we were moving in, and recently, I faced an AC issue. I called at 2 PM, and by 4 PM, a technician was here and had the problem resolved.

David was our technician and did a great job and was very friendly.

Plus, their maintenance prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!
