Janitorial reviews in Boca Raton, Florida

I’ve been using JJL housekeeping services for almost two years now and they have always done a wonderful job! The service is also done well and with professionalism. I highly recommend.

We have been thrilled with the customer service and the quality of the cleaning. It’s a gift to come home to such a clean home. Highly recommend!

We have been using JJL Cleaning Services for about 3 years. We are happy with their work and attitude. We highly recommend them.

It’s a sad day when I have to clean up after the cleaning lady leaves. Twice the shower water was left on after she had left. 3 times they turned on my stove top cleaning the dials and left them on! Apparently the red light means nothing to them. They never did master mopping the floors. I would go after them with any cleaning product and paper towels. Every time the paper towels would come up grey and dirty. It’s definitely not rocket science to turn everything off after it was cleaned.

Just wanted to say how much we love love love Katarina and this amazing company! We had construction going and many people in the house and she is just amazing! Don't know what we would do without this company and Katarina! The way this company pairs you with the best employee for the home is OUTSTANDING!

I love working with JJL Cleaning. Super easy communication, every week I get fun messages with a confirmation regarding my next service. The clean is always perfect. I highly recommend using this company.

They are always on time, polite and professional! I have a small apartment and like to have a professional deep clean every 2 months or before visitors come and they do a fantastic job! Highly recommend.

Great service and very reliable. Been using them for over 2 years for my house and my post construction jobs and very happy with the quality and the end result. Highly recommended

I use JJL for weekly house cleaning. The two wonderful women arrive every week on time, do a fantastic job, and have our place spotless in half a day. They do great work, are really friendly, and Autelia the owner is a pleasure to deal with.

I have been using JJL Cleaning Services for sometime now and I must say that I am impressed each time of the thorough cleaning, their expertise and professionalism they display. In my opinion this is one of the best cleaning service companies in Florida and I highly recommend them.

I had this company in specifically to do the inside of my appliances and when I went to use my oven clearly the oven cleaning spray was not wiped clean and the fumes were burning off in the air and the oven was left with a thick residue. This company is extremely unprofessional and left me to have to clean after paying have their company provide this service. The girl did take pictures when she was finished however, she put back the baking rack which obstructed the view of seeing that the residue from the oven cleaner was still there. She sent me a couple of her pictures however if you zoom in on hers you can clearly see the residue. Instead of sending somebody back for 15 minutes just to wipe it out, she opted to be extremely unprofessional and tell me she would not send anyone back at all. Mind you I had used the service the week before and I gave the girl a $20 tip even though she did not get to the oven or frog as originally agreed. The second cleaning which was to only encompass the oven inside and out, the refrigerator inside and out, and both bathrooms. Again, this was after I was told it would be done at the first cleaning and I was being charged extra for it, they failed to complete the agreed-upon tasks for the agreed-upon price. As if I would re-spray my oven after it was just cleaned? Additionally, I never asked back for one penny, just for them to come takeoff the residue and complete the job I paid for so I could cook in my oven. 100% dissatisfied. Use any other cleaning service, but not this one!!

They did an excellent job for us. We finished construction and it was a mess. They were able to get rid of the construction dust and make everything pretty. Would definitely recommend their service.

I have been using their services for more than 5 years and always felt like I have to work and teach the girls how to work properly. They try to work around the surface areas and always complain about how hard they work and how poor they are being paid for cleaning. Each week they will send you a different girl, and you will find yourself explaining everything that needs to be done all over again . They will put you on the schedule and notify you that they have to cancel an hour before your appointment.
Do yourself a favor and find a different, professional cleaner company to work with. Also they are supper expensive!

Pleasure to use, since first contact. We enlisted this company’s services for an interior deep cleaning and exterior pressure washing. Every request I made was met with 0 resistance. I recommend this company without hesitation.

From the first contact the wonderful people at JJL have gone above and beyond in our home cleanings. They do routine scheduled bi-weekly cleanings and they have also done a move out and a move in clean for us recently. I couldn't be more pleased with the cleaning services. They are also quick to reply to any questions or requests. Pricing is always very reasonable for the time and efforts they put in. Thank you JJL😁

I have been with JJL cleaning services a few months now and love it. The customer service is excellent and the pricing is great. Tita does a wonderful job and very pleasant and professional. Highly recommend.

I am extremely happy with their service. They do thorough cleaning, move things and have a great attitude. What can I say they’re great. They check to confirm cleaning every week and make sure that everything went well after each clinic. I am extremely happy with the service.

This company is very professional in all areas of service. We had our apartment cleaned after kitchen construction that caused layers of dust everywhere. Our cleaner was thorough, quick and super sweet. Thanks for a great first experience!

JJL Cleaning Service really amazed me. I was scheduled quickly. Informed then that I wouldn't be home, but my roommate will. I came home to house that looked like a Fancy Hotel. From the way towels was done on the towel rack, tissue in the tissue box and fancy stamp on the toilet tissue. The bed was made with the sheets turned back. And tucked in really good. It smelled very fresh walking in. Very easy to keep up with in between the weeks they come. What turn out to be a once a month, became every other week. That's how much I appreciate JJL Cleaning. Oh they are very affordable and reasonable.

Highly recommend! Adriana does a wonderful job and is so pleasant to be around. I'm comfortable leaving her in my home or having her there when I'm out of town. She's the best!

Excellent cleaning services provided!

Lia was really friendly and receptive as soon as I called to ask about pressure cleaning my roof and driveway, they were able to send someone and give me an estimate the same day. And Marcos, who did the cleaning was really thorough and efficient, he arrived exactly when he said he would and went above and beyond to make sure the house was clean. Exceptional service overall and I would highly recommend! Thank you JJL Cleaning Services!
