Janitorial reviews in Boca Raton, Florida

Gold Maintenance is an outstanding company they’re impeccable to their word and hold themselves to a higher standard of workmanship and pride in their business. I recommend this company to anyone looking for loyal, hardworking people to maintain and keep your home or condo association up to par. Five star company in my book !!!

Gold Maintenance sets the Gold standard for professional cleaning service. I highly recommend this company. They send us before and after pictures and the people are a pleasure to work with. They have quickly increased the cleanliness of the building and "ALL" the unit owners are very pleased with the decision to use them. The team they send out treat the building as if they lived here and take great pride in their work. The biggest mistake you can make is not to hire them !

So happy I found Gold Maintenance and Cleaning. From day one they have been a pleasure to work with. Extremely friendly and accommodating. Worked with Carlos in the beginning as he took care of our community and now he is managing the others who take good care of our property. His promotion was well deserved. He is always eager to provide excellent service. If you are looking for a professional, reliable and experienced property service definitely call GM&C.

Gold is doing a superb job of cleaning at my condo association (3 large buildings with 149 units on six acres). The cleaning crew is great - friendly and responsive and always on time. The quality control by Gold is just as good - reporting with descriptions and pictures of what they cleaned (with notes for any additional cleaning and maintenance that may be needed). Professional and friendly (a rare combination) and very service oriented. 5 STARS!

Gold Maintenance and Cleaning exceed all expectations! As any business, you are as good as your team and being Association Managers, our homeowners have praised the detail of cleanliness they now see in their buildings, where they live. Gold Maintenance pays attention to that fine detail and we, as Assoc. Mgrs acknowledge and appreciate it.
