I gave a 5 star for honesty! A different technician told me I need a new unit and priced me $7,000. I contacted Air light AC service and Offer came same day and fix the problem within 30 min. There was an electric issue with the unit and he recognized it at no time. This business is so sketchy but it’s nice to know that you can still find some honest people out there. Thank you Offer

I had an amazing experience with Air Light AC Service here in Boca Raton. Our AC stopped working in the middle of the afternoon and we needed emergency AC repair fast. I searched for AC repair near me in Boca Raton and found this company with great reviews, so I called them.
The technician arrived quickly and diagnosed the problem and fixed our AC the same day. They were professional, honest about pricing (which is very important) and clearly experienced. They also checked our system and recommended AC maintenance to keep it running efficiently.
A few weeks later we also scheduled air duct cleaning and the difference in our indoor air quality was noticeable right away. Our home feels cooler and the AC runs much better.

I asked Prime Air to change the three air conditioning units on my roof. It is a commercial building. It was not easy. Several companies came and none of them seemed serious to me.

When Rafael and John arrived on site I immediately understood that they had a lot of knowledge and could help me with my installation. The installation went very well, it was a real professional job and they did it in record time.

The whole experience of having a heat pump unit installed in our condo, from pricing to confirming and maintaining appointments as well as good workmanship was exactly what you would expect from any contactor, exhalent! They were referred to us by a neighbor and I would no problem referring them to anyone. Well done.

I would say overall it was a wonderful experience. From the first point of contact to the technicians coming out to install a new unit, everything went smoothly and the pricing was reasonable. All members of staff that I had contact with were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Prime One was prompt, efficient, and knew exactly what to do, and did it. They even replaced my 6 year old thermostat, that I never liked, with a new Ruud model that I like better.
Raphael and his people were a pleasure to do business with. And when he originally checked out my system he immediately recognized that the builder Bella Homes, who bought the property, gutted and remodeled the house and added 1,100 sq.ft. BUT HE NEVER ADDED MORE AIR CONDITIONING which was the reason for my issues. The two other Air Conditioning Companies who sold me yearly contracts could never figure out the problem, but Raphael Perez solved the problem.

They did a great job repairing my AC, highly recommend!!

Prime Air is a very solid company. They worked on the air conditioning at my business a few times and always fixed every problem that randomly happened with my AC. The workers always treated me with respect and always took care of my AC. Also their prices are always reasonable!
