NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! I would give them ZERO STARS but that is not an option. They will probably be the cheapest but it is NOT worth it! I will list a few things to consider:
1) Their salesman, Marley, will NEVER accept responsibility for mistakes his company made. He is also the worlds worst listener.
2) The made a mistake on my installation and wanted to charge me $800 to fix their mistake! They do NOT stand behind their work!
3) They do NOT have a license to install HVAC systems in Florida. Their license was revoked 06/30/1992. You can look it up at MyFloridaLicense.com.
4) I had to pay $700 to fix their faulty installation.
5) Since they are unlicensed they CANNOT file for a Building Permit, although they did try to charge me $700 to do it. I had to file for my own permit and fix the issues myself.
6) Their faulty installation cost me dozens and dozens of hours of fruitless aggravation after allowing Broward Air Conditioning to install my new HVAC system. I am SO SORRY I ever hired them. DON'T DO IT!!!

Best AC company in Broward by far. Super professional, on time, honest, and the quality of work is excellent. Our AC is working perfectly now and the whole process was smooth, technician was knowledgable. Highly recommend Broward Air Conditioning!

Broward Air Conditioning is AMAZING! Monica and Samuel did an amazing job! Samuel showed up in less than an hour and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently! Monica was so responsive, quoted us fairly and communicated so well! The price was BEYOND reasonable and SO competitive with other companies. We are happy customers and we will definitely be using Broward Air Conditioning and this team again!

I will replace a unit five ton new compressor and hair handlers and second unit three ton brand-new both of them. I love the price and most like the warranty in the service it was amazing very professional people. I would recommend and thank you again Broward Ac and Plumbing.

I am extremely unhappy with my experience with this company. I feel I was overcharged for unnecessary services that they claim to have done. The technician made temporary repairs to the actual problem, replaced unneeded parts elsewhere, got the system up and running and then while I was on the phone being scammed into paying thru Zelle, the technician quietly slipped away. Fifteen minutes after he left, the unit started making terrible sounds then stopped working again. After multiple phone calls and text messages he finally returned 5 hours later. Upon returning they informed me that I’d need to pay a “special reduced rate” of $425 to fix what they said was an additional problem. However, this problem was what he made the temporary fix on when he came out the first time! He knew this was the actual problem the whole time. He knew the system would break down again after he left. They totally scammed me out of a weeks pay, left me without AC and are laughing all the way to the bank. Never again.

We had an excellent experience with this AC company from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, communication was clear, and the technician arrived on time and well prepared. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure the system was running perfectly before leaving. It’s rare to find a company that’s both professional and honest, and we really appreciated the attention to detail and respectful service. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again.

They were so rude to me and even my family. One of the guys told my daughter to shut up. Then the AC stopped working after 2 days. I had to call Airsouth Mechanical and they got the job done easy, nice, and very fast.
