Alejandro did an incredible job repairing our AC unit. He’s super efficient, and was able to diagnose and troubleshoot right away to correct the issue. He’s incredibly professional and positive. I would highly reccomend to everyone.

I have been a customer for several years and have a maintenance contract but this time I am very disappointed. I was told the a/c drainage had a small clog and was flushed out but 15 minutes after he left it stopped working again. I had to wait until the next day for a different tech who said the whole line was clogged. I spent a lot of money and had a lot of frustration. Rethinking my maintenance contract

When you have a problem they address it immediately When you call you don't wait you speak to someone and they are supportive to your concerns My concern was their concern I can't tell you how impressive Snyder air conditioer company is In today's world hard to find anything reliable ! I can recommend them with confidence

Update, several issues after the sale including unit not fitting into the area where it was to be installed. The breaker not being powerful enough to use the heating part of this almost $10,000 unit 🤦🏼‍♀️

Mike that changed breaker fuse was very good and unit is now working.

Oh FYI, to the CEO using AI in the long run is losing you money!!! When I left 1 ⭐️ I was given the name of a person to speak directly with, AI said that they cannot put call through but they’ll send a message, no return call that day. It took AI scheduling 3 separate visits requiring taking off 3 days of work to get the right person here. Back in the day your live customer service was accurate and helpful.

I called them at 1130am and had Michael here at 1:30pm. Super fast response! Michael was very helpful and explained everything in great detail! He went above and beyond to help me.

Hired Palm Aire (now Snyder) for my AC maintenance years ago. Never had any issues until the recent change to Snyder. They replaced unit for me in July of 2024 and just did the semi annual maintenance on July 24, 2025.

Last night I was awoken by my daughter whose closet is flooded. I found the condensate for the 2 units that were just serviced, completely clogged and my daughter’s room flooded because the technician left the float switch in the vertical position (see picture). In addition the technician asked me today if I wanted to add a UV light? The same UV Light the the Salesman told me was included in 2024 never installed (I did look at my contract, which didn't mention UV Light, shame on me).

I will not be renewing my maintenance agreement with Snyder.

EDIT: Service reached out to me to install the UV Light that was never installed and paid for in 2024, AND NEVER SHOWED UP FOR THE APPOINTMENT OR CALLED BACK. NEVER USE SNYDER, THE DO NOT PERFORM THE MAINTENANCE YOU PAY FOR NOR DO THEY FIX THEIR MISTAKES.

Well, he was very good and helpful. Sold me a new unit which I need and I trust him. So I trust you, you're very lucky to have him. Couldn't answer the rest of your questions because he sold me a new system.

Ricky was so nice and professional. He explained everything to me in detail what he was doing And he explained to me how to change the filters and watch the drain pan moving forward. He was very very pleasant and nice

Had an issue with my AC during a hot July day. Called Snyder. They sent Justin T from palm Air conditioning
To evaluate the issues. Power surge or lightning caused the disconnect to fry. Justin figured it all out and got the issues resolved.

I needed to have both air-conditioning replaced in my unit. I had another company and I was not satisfied with them, but now that I’ve switched to you I’m very happy. The technicians came on time, explained everything to me and cleaned everything up. Very satisfied with your work.thank you.

Our Techninian, Jesse, was NOT just your basic HVAC/AC Professional; oh no! He was extremely thorough and methodical in his approach to exactly honing in on our AC unit's issues, and exactly WHAT the culprits components were, and WHERE the problems were manifesting from.
He was superb in ensuring that we were in sync and on the exact same page with him. He took pictures to highlight to us WHAT he saw as the causes; then, he very eloquently explained to us, breaking it down to the point that even my Grandma would've followed him, and knowing exactly WHAT had been ailing our AC system.
It's worth mentioning it, that prior to Jesse's visit, that there had been two other biggies, firms in the AC biz, and one other private AC Tech guy, that had taken a look at her. But, none had demonstrated the level of "KNOW HOW" that Jesse had shown to us.
All in all, I give him an 11 (on a 0 to 10 scale rating), and Snyder AC, his firm a big fat 10!!!

We just had a service appointment with THE BEST AC guy Jesse. He he so knowledgeable and super nice. Even our dogs loved him!!! Ask for Jesse if you want great service!!!

Carlos was amazing. I took off work today so I can get my AC rejuvenated & sprayed to kill bacteria. The office only sent him with the disinfectant and not the items needed to clean the unit, but Carlos was able to speak with a nearby manager and get the tools needed to complete the entire job same day so that I didn’t need to reschedule this appointment and take another day off work. Thank you so much Carlos!!

We reasently purchased a home in Delray Beach and found the AC not working. We called PalmAir they came out the next day and fixed the problem. I was delighted with their service and their follow-up.

Our experience with this company has been absolutely terrible. They installed our new system incorrectly in April, it is now December and they have just been out again for hopefully the last time. There have been multiple occasions when they did not show up for our appointment at all even when I had a text confirmation and was told they were coming by someone on the phone! I would not recommend Palm Air Air Conditioning or its partner company Snyder Air Conditioning out of Lake Worth. If I could give them minus stars I would. Choose a smaller company instead that still values customer service rather than one of these companies that has been bought up by private equity firms and now only cares about profit.

Pretty solid experience overall. I responded to a mailer from them after my previous HVAC people dropped the ball. Snyder was professional, on time, good communication. Most importantly, their proposals of things on my system all made sense (not suggesting unnecessary stuff), and then their estimates for the jobs were totally reasonable. Nothing struck me as insanely priced, even for a house in a higher-end neighborhood.

The service techs have been great so far and salesperson Victor Chavez was easy to deal with also.

Nov. 2019 update. I purchased a nice Carrier system from Palm Air and it was installed a few weeks ago. Kyle and Marc did an excellent and professional job. They take pride in their work. Overall we are very satsified. I am posting a few pictures of the finished work, this is 100 percent more professional and clean than what another AC Contractor did at my neighbor's house!

Had a technician come by to ensure my HVAC was properly performing. He did a great job, was professional, and performed a thorough job. He gets 5 stars for sure.

Jesse was awesome. Showed up exactly on time. Diagnosed the problem in minutes. Fixed the AC problem in 20 minutes. Super polite and professional. I would recommend Palm Air / Snyder to anyone. Great rates as well.
