I own several duplexes in Davie Florida. They have remodeled bathrooms and kitchens that tenants have destroyed. They were on time, professional, and got the job done quick. Will definitely use them again.

After a disappointing experience with another contractor who stalled on our project, mismanaged funds and left us with unfinished, poor workmanship, we were incredibly fortunate to be referred to Klaudio Kryemadhi at NEOU Construction.

From the very beginning, Klaudio exceeded our expectations. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and detail-oriented, and he took the time to walk us through every step of the process. From bidding and budgeting, to planning, permitting, and coordinating with the City for inspections, Klaudio handled everything with efficiency and expertise.

What stands out most about Klaudio is his devotion to getting the project done right. He never cuts corners, always looks for the best long-term solutions, and takes true pride in the quality of his work. He kept us informed at every stage, made himself available to answer questions, and provided thoughtful, reasonable solutions whenever challenges arose—as they inevitably do in any renovation.

He even stepped in to correct the mistakes left by our previous contractor, which was no small task.

We can’t recommend Klaudio and NEOU Construction highly enough. If you’re looking for a licensed general contractor who is honest, reliable, and truly invested in delivering quality work, Klaudio is the one to call.

I recommend Neou Construction 100%. They did a flawless job with my renovations.

They are trustworthy, talented and have a fair price.

I would definitely use them again for future projects.

I booked Neou Construction to replace my kitchen cabinets. Ed was very personable, professional and detail oriented. He went over and above in exceeding my expectations with the top quality of work he performed in ordering, making modifications and installing my kitchen cabinets. I would definitely recommend Ed and Neou Construction. They're top notch!

I had an outstanding experience with Klaudio. He created my dream home and understood my very picky and attention to detail nature. This company is professional, reliable, and incredibly skilled. They delivered top quality work with great material. Communication was clear throughout, and the project was completed on time and with perfect execution. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and talented general contractor!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I couldn’t be happier with the service! They gave me the best price out of all the quotes I received, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. The crew was on time, professional, and respectful of my home, completing the installation of my new hurricane windows quickly and with great attention to detail.

The windows look fantastic, and I already feel more secure knowing I have high-quality protection in place. It’s rare to find a company that delivers both top-notch workmanship and unbeatable value, but they did exactly that. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable hurricane window installation.
