I needed my hot water tank replaced. A friend recommended Mainline plumbing. They sent Mark P out and he recommended I use a tankless hot water tank and I couldn’t be happier! My electric bill went down monthly and I also received a 2000 dollar federal tax rebate. Service was excellent, very knowledgeable and explained everything to me so I could understand it. Overall a very wonderful experience!

I had a serious AC drain line clog that turned out to be a solid blockage deep in the old piping. Mark Pezzetti from Mainline Plumbing handled the job with incredible professionalism, skill, and determination. He had to carefully cut through the drywall and partially replace the drain line and once I saw how bad the clog really was, I understood that Mark didn’t just provide a solution, he provided the best solution.

He replaced only what was necessary and left everything clean, neat, and better than before. I’m truly impressed and grateful. Thanks, Mark!

I’ve never had someone handle an issue the way these guys did. In the beginning I was a little nervous about not only the repairs but who to trust. I’m glad I decided to listen to Kenny. I can’t speak highly enough of him but also his team. The technicians were clean and respectful and did exactly what they said they were going to do. His honesty saved me a bundle, and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The service was professional, fast, and trustworthy. My instant hot water is working perfectly now, and I’m so grateful for Mainline Plumbing’s integrity and skill. Highly recommend Mark and his team!

So far so good. They were helpful on the phone and responded on site quickly. The project manager was knowledgeable and provided multiple viable options that were reasonably priced. I’m choosing them as my contractor as a result after meeting with multiple contractors. Hopefully the execution is as professional as the initial introduction.

After calling several AC companies. I called Mainline Plumbing AC & Electric. I spoke with Kenny who gave me great advice on what I should purchase. But also gave me the best price of all. I brought a 5 ton Ruud and compressor. The unit was a perfect fit for the replacement. His crew came out the following day and did a great and professional job. They were very clean as well. Didn’t get there names but were amazing in their work. I would like to give Mainline two thumbs up on the installation job they did. I definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for and Air Conditioning.

Mainline is the only call I had to make when fixing something mechanical on my home. They are an amazing company with nothing but the most professional tradesmen that they sent to our home.
Not only did they fix what needed done, they checked everything else while they were there so I did not need to spend the time or money for a second service call.

Terrible management although the plumber himself is very polite, but his wife (manager) extremely rude, over one small misunderstanding on scheduling she used a very rude tone with me, saying "that SHE runs HER business, NOT people.." I understand her frustration, but there is a certain way a "professional" should speak to a customer. If she doesn't have people to hire her, then she has no business.. so I suggest she change her attitude toward potential customers..her response was disrespectful, unprofessional, and unnecessary. Plus the services were slow... I called two weeks ago and still nothing.. if you want better services and to be treated with respect I suggest you call some other plumbing company because this one is lacking in that area.

I called Cohen Plumbing because of the positive reviews. Stacey set up the appoinment, Nicky came and fixed the problem. They were quick to come out to my house, they were reasonably priced and they are knowlegeable. If I have any other plumbing issues, I will call Cohen.

I had a few plumbing issues resolved by Nick, he’s a gem and so is his lovely wife who runs the office. Would recommend highly.

Stacey is amazing. I have called her two times for some plumbing issues I had. Right away she told me they are a family owned business and not equipped to handle the jobs I described. Many companies would send someone anyway, however she knew I would be better served by using another company. She actually sent me a referral that worked out great! I hope I don't have any more plumbing issues soon, but if I do I know Cohen Plumbing won't steer me wrong or rip me off. Such a great pleasure to deal with a business that places their customers first. This is why they have earned my respect. Keep up the great work. You will definitely keep busy treating people like you have. Thanks Stacey!
